Good, professional and patient support from the team. I am just starting out, honestly, I barely understand the difference between SIP and VoIP, much more anything else. No matter, they helped me. I don't know how it's going to be in the future, honestly, some reviews are kinda disturbing. But first impressions are good!

This is a scam - at least for me I was completely ripped off.
I purchased a virtual number to receive and send SMS from a Canadian number. Prepaid a one year subscription. The line doesn't receive SMS nor can you send SMS. They initially told me I had to pay more, which I did, ended getting scammed for another 10 dollars. After the excuse of me not paying more ran out they explained that I could only receive and send SMS to 'real numbers' and they are the ones with the 'real numbers'. I was completely scammed, did not receive what was advertised, and customer service relies on there one line statement that states only works with real numbers.

Что этот сервис сделал?
Приходит мне уведомление что до 2 числа следующего месяца нужно пополнить баланс
и на завтрашний день то есть 31 числа мне приходит еще одно уведомление о том что мой номер удален
Я пишу в поддержку
Ответ меня убил
"Номер удалили по запросу в телефонном разговоре с Вами."
Данную отмазку они придумывали 2 дня
И еще я не ставил переадресацию звонков номер был только для СМС
То есть телефонный разговор был никак невозможен
Никому не советую связываться с данной конторой особенно на долгий срок

Судя по всему короткие положительные отзывы оставлены не клиентами. Реальный опыт сводится к тому что виртуальные номера не работают. Саппорт приносит извинения, направляет в тех отдел тикет, тех отдел пишет что исправили ситуацию - проверяешь и не видишь разницы. Повторять эти шаги можно до изнеможения... И судя по всему в терминологии сервиса "услуга оказана", так что сапорт извинится снова, а вы снова соснете. Ну, что ж бывает. Жаль что сразу не догадался почитать отзывы перед тем как туда влезать.

Это самая конченная компания из всех, которые я знаю. А хостеров и провайдеров я знаю много.
1. цены, нереально высокие, тупо сравните с конкурентами
2. сервис, 24 часа реакции на простые обращения, да могут и через час сделать, если повезет, а могут на 23.59 минуте
3. стабильность услуг, каждый день я сталкиваюсь с проблемами, связанными с этими ребятами, номеров несколько, больше 10. и каждый день отваливается хотя бы один
4. в какой-то момент тупо перестал работать номер, как оказалось его заблочил поставщик, мне его просто заменили на какой-то другой и даже не уведомили. гениально.
5. про CID и другие настройки говорить можно бесконечно. при входящем звонке можно попасть к посторонним людям, при исходящих может определяться что угодно.
в общем, пользуйтесь в краааайнем случае, если кроме них никого не осталось. и не вешайте критические сервисы, например смс из банка.

However, your phone number was successfully receiving calls during testing, and we cannot refund money for numbers that work correctly.
We contacted you regarding the work of your virtual number and sent you a list of recommendations to resolve your issue. Most likely causes of the issue are enabled SIP ALG, provider or firewall blocking VoIP traffic, or incorrect set of STUN/rport settings in the app you use.
Following these recommendations would have resolved the issue.

However, time needed to connect your order is stated in the purchase form. We rarely exceed promised time for setup, and if it happens, we change the billing date or refund a part of your monthly fee.
Unfortunately, you did not provide any information regarding your case with your review, so we cannot comment on your case in details. However, we do return money if the number does not work as specified for that specific type of number.
For example, if you purchased a virtual number for SMS to receive SMS from apps, social media and the like, and have not received those SMSes, it would not constitute a case for refund because it is against the intended use of virtual numbers, and we warn numerous times not to use SMS numbers for that purpose.
