Having only attended a couple of sessions with Keith so far, I must say his approach stands out from the talk therapy and CBT I’ve experienced elsewhere. Keith brings a fresh perspective by linking personal challenges with physical conditions and offering practical strategies that are simple to implement. His sessions not only captivate my interest but also provide a calming and uplifting experience. I wholeheartedly suggest giving him a try, particularly if other therapies haven't worked for you. Keith creates an environment where you instantly feel at ease and open up easily. The relaxation segment at the end of each consultation is a highlight for me, leaving me more joyful and at peace than when I first walked in.

Keith gave a presentation to our volunteers and professional partners earlier this week on the subject of non-verbal ways to regulate emotions and not only is he an excellent and articulate presenter, he really helped us to understand how the mind and body works together. We are a charity offering emotional support to people who have received a terminal diagnosis and his insight and guidance will help us and help our clients with better self care.

Keith instantly put me at ease and I felt I was able to be open and honest about my issues. After just one session, I felt stronger and more positive. The techniques that Keith used with me were incredibly effective and I have already booked a second session.

The therapy provided by Keith Dewey had a dramatic affect on my daughter. From the first session she was closer to her old happy self. She was given a new perspective and tools to manage her anxiety. It's early days as I have had two sessions with Keith. I've had talk therapy and CBT before elsewhere and Keith's approach is very different, I find his sessions very interesting because he's joining the dots between lived issues and physical issues and because he gives strategies that are easy to put into practice. I also find his sessions very relaxing and uplifting. I would highly recommend trying him, especially if you have tried other therapies with little success. He makes you feel instantly at ease and comfortable to talk to and I love the relaxation session at the end of the consultation, I leave feeling happier and more relaxed than when I arrived.

Keith made me feel very at ease from the first time we met and made me feel comfortable talking about my situation. Exceptionally supportive, focussed therapist who changed approach as the course of treatment developed.

We used Keith to help our teenage son overcome his deep seated anxiety for some oral surgery that was needed. He had had an extremely traumatic experience a few years previously which resulted in two failed attempts. We decided to try hypnotherapy as a way of trying to help him overcome his previous experience. I found Keith and am so glad I did. He was absolutely amazing and so kind, patient, caring and had all the time in the world for our Son. It really put him at ease and he managed the surgery. Keith used both Havening and Tapping and he now uses these techniques to help him overcome other obstacles that he is getting anxious about. We are so grateful to Keith and can't recommend him enough.

Keith and I did two remote Havening Techniques Sessions.
I brought early childhood negative memories to first one. We focused on scanning those memories into a resolution. Like many HT sessions it is hard to describe the 'relief' and it is there!
In our second session I wanted to look forward-Vision Quest. Keith reached into what he learned about me in the first session, noticed differences, and brought intuitive and insightful queries to me. His observations were astute and surprising, as working over the internet physical presence is a different experience! It could have been we were in the same room.
