We are here to help with a variety of issues, including weight managment, smoking, addictions, stress, and anxiety. Let us guide you on a journey towards a healthier, happier you. We are a mother-and-daughter team of qualified hypnotherapists dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. We understand the challenges of living authentically when daily struggles feel inescapable, especially after trauma—something most people face, knowingly or unknowingly. Both of us have navigated our own journeys, together and independently, gaining valuable wisdom from our training as hypnotherapists and life experiences. We believe everyone deserves happiness and authenticity, and we are proud to give back to the world. Our goal is to empower others to heal themselves and unlock their true potential through the transformative power of hypnotherapy, yog as well as the use of EFT.

Beautiful experience

These ladies do an amazing job. Today’s session was beautiful and deeply focused on self love and letting go. The combination of hypnotherapy and EFT is incredibly powerful and really helped me release painful emotions and feel lighter afterwards.I also did Inner Child work with Bhavisha, which was a truly meaningful and eye opening process. It helped me recognize old patterns and shift my mindset in a very positive way.

I love attending this monthly session

I love attending this monthly session. Today, we did EFT tapping, and each one was given a sentence to say personally to each of us. For myself, the tapping with the sentence was to reduce my physical pain. It successfully reduced the pain level.

After that, we did a hypnotherapy journey, and I came out of it feeling so relaxed.

I love listening to Rashmi's relaxed voice.

The EmbodimentsofLove is not to be missed! You'll enjoy.

I actually stopped smoking!

Bhavisha has been a great coach to me throughout this process. It’s not been an easy journey but Bhavisha adapted her sessions to fit my needs and I really felt like I received a unique session that worked with my own addiction. Also, as an added bonus she’s a lovely, fun person and I was always looking forward to sessions with her. After the first session I stopped smoking completely but I needed an extra session to really put a complete stop to my cravings. The second session was even more tailored to my specific addiction and I can now proudly say I’m a non-smoker! (It’s been 3 months since I last smoked and I had been smoking for over 10 years). Thanks so much Bhavisha!!!

A really wonderful experience that I cannot recommend enough. Rashmi and Bhavisha are the most wonderful mother daughter pair, full of wisdom and compassion.

I left the session feeling so calm and refreshed

I participated in group session with…

I participated in group session with Rashmi and Bhavisha.
Initially I didn't feel I was not hypnotize but later I realized how half an hour/ 40 min pass but feel like only 10-15mins only.

I am quite new to hypnotherapy

I am quite new to hypnotherapy, but instantly felt at ease in the presence of Rashmi & Bavisha.
I took part in a group session, where I only knew some of the others, but everyone was eager to listen and engage.
I took a lot from the session, and felt it was constructive time well spent.
There is a great dynamic between mother and daughter, both professional and compassionate.
Looking forward to next session.
