No explanation of what was wrong. Box was not returned so for all I know could have been repaired and sold to someone else.

Very prompt service at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend.

Fraudster company - do not trust!
Lists items with photographs that are not of the actual item. Photos have been taken from other online sellers.
Items sold as "new" or "good condition" clearly used with bodged repairs.

Excellent company. Clear website, decent description for the parts, detailed guides and even videos on YouTube. Great communication via email following the order I placed. The package very quickly dispatched, was double packed in 2 jiffy bags and the upgrade SSD was fitted in under 10 minutes. If your Freesat Box died - fix it - don't bin it!

Very pleased that I came across Freesat Spares. My freesat box stopped working, I purchased a new one from Argos and then came across freesat spares, once I realised that the hard drive had failed I purchased one (actually purchased a bigger one) connected it up and it was working, saved £180! Very pleased

Free sat box works but much slower start up than how it was when original.

Excellent response to a warranty repair, no quibble about it, they just repaired and posted my box back very quickly.

Several months since we had our Freesat box repaired and it is working well. Went for a slightly more expensive disk option and very pleased with performance. I recall it took about a week from sending to receiving it back so I am a satisfied customer.

Ordered on Thursday 25th September, fitted on Monday 30th September. Excellent service. Hard drive easy to fit. Saved a fortune. Excellent service

My first box died after 3 years it was a recordable box I have now purchased another as they are definitely value for money for what they can do!

Box was damaged as received and had damage to LNB, as installer had to fit a new one.

Had a tuning problem with a Panasonic DMR-BS750 where the picture pixelated badly on ITV4HD. Sent my unit to Freesat Spares who very quickly identified a software problem and said they could fix it with a workaround as Panasonic hadn't updated the software since 2011. The workaround was done and the unit works fine, even told me how I could revert to previous setting if needed. Charged me 1 hours labour - great service
