My experience with my lending officer

My experience with my lending officer, Richard, was exceptional. A winning personality and no pressures on me made all the difference. He was patient and looked at every aspect of my needs and expectations. The process is smooth and easy. We aren't done yet but so far so good.

I completed the online questionnaire because we were so pleased with the online application process and personal attention from our loan manager.

I completed the online questionnaire to obtain an interest rate quote. A few minutes later, I received a call from a loan manager. He worked with me to discuss the loan we needed and offered an excellent interest rate of 2.99%. We accepted and the loan manager walked me through the online application process. It was so easy and I really appreciated the personal assistance! Afterwards, the same loan manager continued to contact me, giving updates on the loan approval process. Our loan is currently in underwriting and we are confident that the process will continue to proceed smoothly. We are also pleased that someone will come to our home to complete the final step of signing off on the loan. So convenient!
