This company can improve by helping…
This company can improve by helping customers when a problem arises. I ordered a hard cover book with extra pages and gold lettering. This item was for a memorial service for my stepdaughter. Had countless emails from the seller saying that the item was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me no video on doorbell. Tried endless messages trying to reorder but told i had to wait for a reprint window before another copy can be sent. I am currently trying to get a replacement in time for the memorial service. You can't talk to a human just a bot. I am totally disappointed and disgusted by the way I have just been treated. Never use this company anymore. I didn't get what i paid for in good faith. And you should always believe it when a customer has not received the item.

We're terribly sorry to hear about the delay you've faced and appreciate your review. Unfortunately, we are a bit limited when it comes to the final delivery of each book, as we ultimately rely on the courier service to complete every order. That said, we're always happy to help, and can definitely waive the waiting period in cases of a time-sensitive book such as this. We do have live agents available for chatting, as well as emails. Please email us with your order details at pbsupport@freeprintsapp.com and we'll gladly assist as soon as possible. Thank you.
