Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. It sounds like the issue you’re experiencing may be related to push notifications.

Push notifications are sent through a setting in your web browser, and you do not need to be a member of FreeClub to receive them. These notifications are managed entirely by your browser (we have no access to these, unfortunately). This works similarly to accepting cookies when you access a website.

Please reach out to the team at info@freeclub.co.uk and they'll be happy to assist you further with unsubscribing from push notifications.

I'm pleased to see our customer services team has already resolved this for you! As advised by the Just Eat team, unfortunately, gift cards are unable to be redeemed via the Just Eat app, we believe this to have been the issue with redeeming the gift card.
