Les voitures sont toutes explosées, rayées, sentent mauvais, et on nous pique le prix fort tout le temps. Maintenant, on ne peut même plus les avoir au téléphone

Mi experiencia con atención al cliente ha sido terrible. Me ha llegado una multa de aparcamiento que no me corresponde, yo aparque el coche en una dirección y la multa es de otra dirección, les he demostrado que es así, mi viaje finaliza en una dirección y la multa es de otra, pero no reconocen la equivocación, y el Ayuntamiento me la reclama a mi porque free2move a dado mis datos

Cela s’est bien passé, sauf qu’une jeune femme qui nous a récupérés à l’aéroport était un peu trop nerveuse, avec une conduite vraiment dangereuse. Elle était vraiment stressée, et cela a choqué tous les passagers. Elle devrait se calmer et faire attention à la sécurité des gens.

Everything went very well, as planned:
- I receive a call before I delivered the car to the vallet service, as I was delayed a bit vs. the time I introduced when I did the booking
- they took 15m to arrive in the agreed place
- when I landed, I called saying I was ready and they took 20m to arrive with the car

Very helpful staff, very clean car, short walk to the airport, we will hire here again.

Parcheggio economico ma non per questo di seconda scelta, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale competente e puntuale, indispensabile il servizio navetta (compreso nel prezzo). E' stato il servizio al costo più basso che ho trovato, ma con una qualità sicuramente al livello di quelli più cari.

Top service. Driver was already waiting for us and we had to wait less than 5 min on our way back. Perfect!

This is the kind of company with which things go well until something goes bad, and when they go bad it's really bad.

I had a (small) collision during a rental a couple of months ago. The collision caused no damage that I could see to the Free2move car, and the other car was completely unblemished (the other driver didn't even stop to exchange details).

Free2move first sent me a message saying that since I had no "constatazione amichevole" (impossible to get since the other driver just left), I was liable for damages above the excess. They then sent me an 858 euros bill with a couple of pictures that, again, showed no particular damage to the car.

I have excess insurance so I wasn't particularly worried but in order to make sure the insurance wouldn't complain, I asked them to send me details of the state of the car before my rental: the app shows red markers on the parts of the car that are already damaged at the beginning of a rental, and they have pictures sent by customers to signal existing damage.

No one ever answered: I sent requests three times, tried to send "posta elettronica certificata" emails, nothing. I contacted the customer service twice and both times they told me that they had no contact with the part of the company dealing with damages. In other words, there was no way for me to make sure that the damages they were claiming were not present at the beginning of the rental and no one to talk to about the fact they were asking me for hundreds of euros (that they tried to automatically charge on my card without asking for permission, by the way).

Totally unserious behaviour.

I verified my Free2move account and even paid the €9 verification fee, but when I arrived in Milan on Easter day and actually needed the service, the app simply didn’t work. The “Start verification” button was frozen, even though my account and driving licence were already approved.
This completely ruined my plans, and support only replied four days later telling me to delete and reinstall the app — which is unacceptable for a service you rely on in real time.
Overall, the platform proved unreliable exactly when I needed it most. I won’t be using Free2move again.
