Non posso esprimere nessun giudizio sul vestiario che ho ordinato il 7/01/26 poiché a oggi 20/01/26 non ho ricevuto ancora il mio ordine 😔

Like many of the other reviews, I have gotten the hole in the cr0tch (in 2 pairs, same spot right by the seam) after the first wear, even though the fit was correct. I've also had to get the buttons replaced (3 button closure camo pants) and the seamstress was confused as to why they chose to sew them on the way they did to begin with as it was not the correct stitch. I live in a remote area so it's unfortunately not worth my time to return the items or contact "customer service". Will never buy again.

Der Schnitt ist toll und die Hosen sind bequem,doch die Qualität ist grottenschlecht. In kurzer Zeit entstehen Löcher an den Nähten,und hält man die Hosen gegen das Licht,sieht man wie dünn der Stoff ist. Dafür dann solche Preise zu nehmen ist unverschämt. Mein Fazit daher : nie wieder kaufe ich etwas von dieser Marke

Die Hosen sitzen genial. Ich ziehe sie zum Sport an und fühle mich darin sehr gut. Leider habe auch ich einen wesentlichen Fehler dieser Hosen entdeckt: Im Schritt bildet sich an ungünstiger Stelle immer ein Loch. Und der gummierte Streifen im Bund löst sich nach einigen Wäschen auf. Erst habe ich geglaubt, das dies ein spezielles Problem von mir sei. Leider nein. Ansonsten sind die Hosen wirklich spitze. Im Übrigen war der Versand aus dem Shop in Italien 🇮🇹 immer sehr schnell (5 Tage).

I also received great support when exchanging for a size up. I truly love all of their pants—just keep in mind that faux leather styles tend to run slightly smaller than the regular ones. Natalija

Returned an order that was a size 12, more like a size 10. No refund given. Everytime I email the provided email, it bounces back as undelivered. The return cost £15 and no one from Freddy is acknowledging me. Happy to take your money, customer service is an absolute joke. Buy elsewhere if you can!!!

Acquistato felpa t shirt e pantaloni serie Mickey Mouse. Generalmente indosso una M, ma ho preso una S perchè vestono abbondanti.Ottimo cotone, colori corrispondenti al catalogo, sono soddisfatta.

Da una vita uso e faccio acquisti Freddy per la palestra e il tempo libero.
Do 3 stelle solo perché i materiali dei leggings da palestra Sono cambiati di qualità, meno contenitivi e molto più sottile la stoffa che si allarga un po' già dopo pochi usi e non vestono come qualche anno fa (ne ho ancora 5 intatti).
Per il resto fra t-shirt e felpe do 5 stelle per qualità e design, veramente belli e fashion.

Ho effettuato un acquisto online su freddy.com a fine novembre con il black friday e per un regalo,e dopo aver effettuato un reso on data 11/12/25 con etichetta fornita da loro in data 09/12 ,presso ufficio postale ,non ho ancora ricevuto un rimborso.
L'articolo non è stato neanche aperto,semplicemente ho deciso di non tenerlo più perchè né era stata acquistato un altro simile presso altro store .
La loro politica di reso dice che il rimborso viene effettuato dopo 10 giorni.
Mi trovo qui ,ad oggi 02/01/26 ,ad aspettare ancora una risposta da loro. Continuano ad inviarmi emails con risposte standard.
Pessima esperienza.
Non consiglio assolutamente di acquistato presso il loro sito web.

Il pacco, ben imballato, è arrivato nei tempi previsti. Ormai sono anni che compro questi jeans e non li cambierei con nessun altra marca. Sempre soddisfatta, consiglio a tutte!

Assistenza clienti è inesistente e l’azienda non rispetta la politica dei resi.
L’addebito dell’acquisto è stato fatto in pochi minuti ma sono passati più di 15 giorni dalla restituzione del capo e il mio rimborso non è stato ancora processato. È inaccettabile e questa è l’ultima volta che compro sul loro sito.

Habe 2 Hosen bestellt und es ist bis heute nicht da ! Habe angeschrieben, es kam nur eine Nachricht soll mich bei DHL melden ! Super ich als Kunde muss kucken wo meine Bestellung bleibt !Stand heute ist in Zustellungen! Naja über 1 Monat warte ich und Nix passiert!😡habe 4 mal Freddy angeschrieben Nix passiert. Unmöglich nie wieder bestell ich dort und mein Geld ist wohl weg 😡
