Do not buy from Freddy, I’m so disappointed!!!
I’m returned the item and expected refund not Gift Voucher, This company didn't refunding to the original payment method that I used with Klarna pay in 3.
And when I complete the return form on they website I got no option for the refund method apart from Gift Voucher that I don't need!!

I have ordered trousers under the buy 1 get one free offer. Under consumer law, I have the right of return within 14 days. Freddy uk has a returm policy which is irrelevant as consumer law superseeds any companies returns policy. After several emails, we have had very little response or indication that thye want to resolve or refund. I would avoid as freddy uk seem to think the consumer act regulation 2013 doesn't apply to them and their own policy is more important than the law! Shocking. Furthermore, we can't get an exchange as they have no sizes available. I will be contacting trading standards and cancelling my card payment. Extremely poor customer service!!!!

I purchased my first two pairs of Freddy jeans size 8L. I wear a USA size 6/28 and my waist fluctuates 28/29 inches. My advice is to size up. I was going to order a 6M but glad my intuition said order one size up. Size 8L fits perfectly. The jeans run small. The quality is excellent! They are soft and feel great on. They really make your bottom look sexy. I loved them so much I bought two more pairs.

Hab 2 mal da bestellt die dritte ist grad unterwegs bei der zweiten waren Fäden gelöst im inneren hab ich dem Support gemeldet super freundlich schnelle Antwort und konnte mir aussuchen ein Wert Gutschein oder teilweise Erstattung fand ich super 👍 dadurch das ich erst 3 Monate Zwillinge geboren habe passt die perfekt super bequem und gemütlich für ne Jeans bin zufrieden und würde ich nur emepfhel

Mi trovo bene col le tute o I completi, non ho mai preso altro sul sito perché ho qualche problema con le taglie che risultano sempre essere grande o piccola prima di trovare quella che mi veste bene. Purtroppo non ho un negozi freddy vicino. E così poi o problemi col reso a sua volta, faccio il reso passano i giorni e nessun ti dice nulla, il sito è straniero e quindi non capisco una mazza. Per il resto ok.

Virkelig dårlig kvalitet. Købte to bar bukser, det ene var gået op i søgningen. Det andet var så tyndt i stoffet der var hul efter jeg havde dem på en gang. Fik refunderet halvdelen for det par der var gået i sygningen har ikke hørt fra dem siden.
