Poor service
Website said available and so we placed the order and paid, but it wasn’t and had a lengthy delay, and finally once available, there was no notification of its arrival date/time. The response was an abject apology. Not good enough!

Dear Mr French, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; we're really grateful for your feedback. We are sorry that your item went out of stock following an exceptionally busy period. We offered you an immediate refund but you chose to wait until it came back in to stock, which accounts for the delay you mentioned. We informed you of this date from the outset, which you accepted and the stock arrived within that time period. We notified you that your order was being prepared for dispatch but a technical hitch meant that you weren't provided tracking. Thankfully somebody was at home to receive your order, which we hope you are very happy with. Best wishes, the Frankton's Team

Works for me
I did a lot of research before I got this bin I couldn’t decide on the 100L or the 200L.As there’s just 2 of us I decided on the 100L. After 3 weeks I’ve got it up to 57c which I’m really happy about . Instructions are clear ,you just need to follow the ‘ recipe ‘ to achieve good results . I’m really pleased with it
