Would give zero if I could.
Queried my order as had read reviews that you do not receive the item in picture messaged franktons and was assured you do but I didn’t received a cheap self assemble item not even the same colour!
DONT BUY FROM THEM con merchants just cheap rubbish!
Then why when you click on medium and small does it show the same picture and doesn’t say any different in item description…the item you actually receive is held together by cable ties!

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä Frankton's
Hello Julie,
I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. You contacted us to query the colour of a product via our online chat and showed us a picture of a Large Tuteur, which we retail for £199.99. You subsequently made an order for a much cheaper product, a medium Tuteur, at £36.99, which explains the difference in size, colour and quality. We apologised for any confusion, and let you know that we would arrange a collection and refund of the item.
Best wishes,
Claire & The Frankton's Team

A set of build instructions missing
A set of build instructions, would have made the assembly easier. Although not overly difficult it would have helped. Great product very happy otherwise

Hello Andrea, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We didn't hear from you regarding the missing instructions, as we would have been able to get these across to you electronically. That said, you've chosen a lovely item for your garden and hope you'll be happy with it for many years to come. Best wishes, the Frankton's team.

Thank you for your review Mr Elliott, you have chosen a lovely item for your garden!
I can see that when you purchased your item, the Green Shoots Club discount code wasn't applied at checkout, but you emailed and asked if we could retrospectively apply the discount, which of course we were more than happy to do. The refund was processed on the same morning as we received your email but depending on your bank, this can take up to 10 working days. I hope this helps, but if there is anything further we can do, please get in touch at hello@franktons.com.
Clear website

Like a knife through butter!
Promptly despatched. This trowel cuts through the soil like a knife through butter! Far less strain on my wrist. Makes weeding quick and easy, which is a blessing when you have a big garden. Very pleased.
