Frankton's Arvostelua

Well made and delivered really quickly

I found Franktons very pleasant and easy to deal with. My Hotbin did go astray but as soon as the problem was identified it was sorted very quickly and efficiently and arrived just in time for my husband’s birthday. Thanks to helpful instructions it is now set up at the bottom of the garden and we are looking forward to our first batch of compost

Love the Arch. It’s beautiful and looks very strong. I haven’t had time to put it into the ground yet but am looking forward to seeing it up.

Easy to place order and excellent delivery
Items extremely good quality
Definitely recommend and will re-order

Excellent customer service response. Best value

We decided to buy from Franktons in the first place after searching online and in garden centres.
We were on a budget but didn’t want flimsy.
Anything of similar size was a lot more expensive and we couldn’t see why.
Ok, it’s a risk, we couldn’t see it or touch it but it looked sturdy and the feedback was good.
Due to all ordering being on line and us having a holiday booked we were quite specific with delivery options, we couldn’t find anyway of stating this online (we were wrong) so we found a phone number.
Peter was super helpful, polite and kind, gazebo delivery was timely, packaged well and even after we found the instructions were missing Peter came to the rescue again.
It took an early 70’s couple 3 hours to erect, it went together well with no extra pieces at the end 👍
We would recommend

A very professional company to deal with. I shopped online, product despatched quickly but got held up/lost in DPD system so Frankton's despatched a replacement which arrived within 2 days. Superb service. Definitely recommend buying from them

Excellent service.
We purchased 4 Garden Arches which we are very pleased with.
Their website had a very good choice

Really quick delivery and very easy customer service via web chat to resolve ordering issue

I was very happy with the way Franktons kept me informed about the progress of my order which was processed quickly and efficiently.

Perfect, speedy & informative.

Been looking for a quality bird feed. Many you can buy in garden centres are light weight and rust within know time. This is an heavy duty, very well
Made item and worth every penny.
Easy to order, fast delivery, you won’t be disappointed.

The Archway is great, 2 little things stop it being at the top. no paper work how to put together , and a receipt also not delivered when exspected. ( l know that was not up to you) Thankyou.

Delivered on time, well packaged and good construction instructions.

Really pleased with our garden table chairs, was exactly as advertised. deliver was in just a couple of days. very professional retailer and completly recommend them.

The terracotta herb planter is just so lovely! It’s a lot deeper than I expected, perfect for a growing my favourite herbs.

I am tempted to get another…

Bird bath arrived quickly and very well packaged as fragile. Excellent.

We were looking for a gift from my mum, who had given us some money for Christmas.
We wanted an outside wellington stand, that was not a flimsy item.
We found the perfect item at Frankton’s!
Very well constructed with heavy gauge steel, with a good amount of powder coating.
We had the choice of decorative plaque on the front and we chose Y Ddraig Gymreig - A Welsh Dragon.
Very happy with the purchase.

Good reliable company to deal with. Will certainly use them again.
