Excellent experience with mortgage agent, Katie Riccio! We were in the market for a new 5 year term mortgage and was being offered above market by current lender. I received a referral from Union Savings for Frank’s Mortgages and so I reached out. Katie explained the application process, kept in touch with us along the way with quick responses, and took the time to explain anything in layman’s terms for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She worked with our best interests in mind and made the entire experience very smooth.
