I am also one of the several landlords who have been scammed by this Scammers - Angelo and Elijaz.
I have initiated legal proceeding against these scammers.
Several months of unpaid rent.

I have been a tenant of elevate estate management for over 1year. Since September I have requested a cupboard and blinds since there is none. I had to go out of my way to buy the blinds myself and fit them. Also my towel rail is broken and the cooker switch was broken in the shared kitchen. I got another company to come and fix it. They call themselves elevate. The only thing that's elevating is their profit and not spending money on maintenance of the current properties. They say one thing and do another. I have numerously told them about the maintenance issues and blinds and cupboard. But they have not done anything at all.

This is where they're hiding their assets and both Angelo Philippou and Elijah Isaac Brown have moved their assets to Samuel Joseph Brown.

122 Hilliard Road, Northwood, Hillingdon, Greater London, HA6 1SP is the property they bought using stolen funds. FraudAction is aware.

My account was accessed without my consent. I received multiple texts asking for a code. On the phone I was pressured by Elijah and Angelo and let them log in.

Elijah ran off to Dubai with the landlords money. This is a scam. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told they’d get back to me. There’s always police at their office.

The front office girl accessed my universal credit portal, I will make sure I report this. I’ve reported this to the police and they’re investigating this.

Stay away from these people.

This company is STEALING landlords rent!

Elijah Brown is in Dubai spending rent money from landlords on his hotel at the Royal atlantis while his company is burning down and his landlords on dirt with him to get their properties back.

THEY DON'T PAY THE RENT TO THEIR LANDLORDS!

He syphons it through to his personal account and his brother Samuel Brown at S&K enforcement!

They have both been disowned by their siblings for openly stealing from many people for many years now.

His partner Angelo Philippou who is also part of this scheme was previously a partner at Oliver Landon and was caught stealing there too.

They are professionals in the business of stealing, defrauding and deceiving people.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

​Absolutely appalling service. This property management company is highly unprofessional and engaging in deeply concerning, unethical practices.
​Zero Communication: They are completely neglecting the property and refuse to pick up the phone or respond to inquiries.
​Double Dipping & Financial Abuse: They are actively charging my personal credit card even though they receive full payment directly from Universal Credit (UC).
​UC Account Hijacking: They have taken over my personal Universal Credit account and are blocking me from managing it myself.
​Fraudulent Claims: They are actively lying to UC and have even fraudulently added a random person to my UC claim without my consent, solely to manipulate the system and force a higher rent payout.
​Avoid this company at all costs. They are untrustworthy, completely unhelpful, and their actions are predatory. I am currently reporting them to the proper authorities

Do not trust Angelo Philippou and Elijah Brown. Their "guaranteed rent" scheme is a complete trap. They take vulnerable tenants on housing benefits, collect the government money directly, but then fail to pass the rent on to the landlords. As a landlord, you will be left with no income while public money disappears into their pockets. This is a calculated system that exploits everyone involved and leaves landlords facing financial ruin. Avoid them at all costs. This operation needs to be investigated immediately.

Extremely concerning experience with Elevate Estates Management. They have failed to legally protect my tenancy deposit as required by UK law and are now completely refusing to return my £3500. Communication is non existent, and they operate under a web of multiple overlapping company names at a virtual address. Avoid this company at all costs currently escalating to Trading Standards and the authorities.

He is a total fraud he has scammed us with over 300k in rent.

I was scammed by Elijah Brown. He is a scam artist. It's been said he has taken over 100,000£ worth of rent/deposits and run off. When you go to the office "hes out on a business trip". Please do not do business with this company otherwise you will loose your money. All "good reviews' are by his scam workers by the way..

Ignore the fake reviews here and on Google about this agency.

Not only do they evict you for no reason with 0 notice, but they will still take your money, avoid your calls and give you the wrong keys.

My caseworker at the council has said herself how they are referred to in the council as the “last option” because of their constant false advertisement to avoid spending

The boss has no control and just sits there with his wannabe superstar looking boyfriend whilst the waiting room is packed, I feel for the receptionist who has to take constant calls whilst busy, and anyone else who falls for Elijah or the puffy guys trap.

My experience with Elevate Estate Management has been absolutely awful. I had agreed to rent a flat through them, only to be suddenly forced out of the property without a proper explanation. To make matters even worse, they have now had my personal belongings for over one month.
I’ve called them repeatedly, and every single day I get the same excuse, that they “can’t get hold of their colleague” who supposedly has my belongings, and that they’ll “call me back tomorrow.” That call never comes. It’s the same story day after day, and nothing ever gets resolved.
At this point, they don’t even seem to know if my belongings are safe or where exactly they are being kept. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, it’s been an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from this company is shocking.
If anyone else has experienced a similar issue with Elevate Estate Management, please reach out as no one should have to go through the same experience.
Based on what I’ve been through, I strongly advise others to stay far away from Elevate Estate Management.

I recently signed a tenancy agreement with this company on the 11th of this month. The place is a self contained studio. There are 4 studios in my complex. Today is the 24th and I’m homeless. Why? This company has refused to give me the keys to the property, instead they gave me the keys to the main door of the complex and left the door to the property ajar. When I first stepped into the property the place was dirty, all the furniture had been removed along with the mini fridge that I’d seen on my first viewing. I recorded the horrific scene I wish I could post it on here, I might just post it on my socials and hope it goes viral. Dispite all this they have been charge me like I’ve been living there. I’ve walked into there office twice on the 17th of July and the 22nd of July paying £8 every time just to get there and back and both times they gave me the wrong keys. They have been telling me since the 22nd that tomorrow would be the day the sort out the keys furniture and fridge but they just ignore you until you call and message them and even after that they just ignore your efforts.

Please be careful with this company. They pretend to care until you sign the papers then your as worthy as a black peace of paper.

Wish me luck I’m going to try and take the to court for breach of contract. 🤞
