Left me with broken pipe and unpaid bills.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I ended up having to pay the seller’s gas bill myself as the bill is shared by all occupants of the building where I bought my apartment. They supposed to keep some money aside but they didnt. I contacted them about it but received no response. The property also had a broken pipe which the seller failed to disclose before the contract exchange. Again, I called and wrote to them, but I had no reply. It's been 2 weeks and now on top of the gas bill, I will spend lots more for the plumber and decorator as part of the wall has to be cut out.
I am extremely disappointed. They were supposed to act on my behalf and, even though I paid the bill, they should have seen the process through to the end instead I am left with no answers and no communication.

Georgia took on my case when I was made redundant recently, she was excellent throughout the process and was really nice and easy to deal with at what was a difficult time, nothing was more complicated than it needed to be, we were working to a tight deadline and Georgia and her colleagues did everything in their power to ensure everything was concluded by the deadline, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Franklins and Georgia in the future

I used Franklins for the sale of my…
I used Franklins for the sale of my first property. As a first time seller, and having to deal with multiple companies, forms etc, it did seem a little daunting. But Franklins made the whole process easy and smooth. They laid out what needed to be done and kept me informed with next steps.
Big shout out to Yameen (who was my point of contact) and was nothing but professional, courteous and understanding with any questions I had. Yameen also offered straight forward solutions to any potential problems that could have arisen, which really helped keep things moving.
