Frame Company Arvostelua 

Poor company, the frame was not delivered, stayed in all day, regardless of being told that it would be delivered today. Apparently the courier is at fault? Will send a replacement..possibly arriving in 1-2 days?

After waiting in two days..I am expecting delivery of the frame today (Saturday 2nd Dec). If it is delivered today, this company has redeemed itself..but as previously stated, not a good company for (courier) deliveries.You have to make your mind up as to whether this frame company is worth buying from.

Really impressed with my order. Ordered an A2 frame and was very happy with the price compared to similar styles and sizes of frames I had seen on other websites. Tom was very responsive to emails and the frame arrived within the 7 working day timeframe. I’m very happy with the quality of the frame and can’t wait to hang it.

Placed order , 14 days later no delivery . Phoned them and they assured me the items would arrive by Friday (17 days) . Nothing arrived . Tried phoning no reply . I have emailed them and await a reply . Be wary of using this company they seem pretty shoddy .

I am genuinely perplexed by the negative reviews. I have just received my second order from Frame-Company and have been very impressed with the frames, value for money and customer service both times.

I have purchased a lot of frames from them over the years but they still cock up by not having enough tabs on the back, or poor packaging and the latest problem is that the size I ordered is out by as much as 1cm both portrait and landscape. It is a pity cos they are really nice frames but they don't seem to care as much as they should.

I ordered several frames at once but realised after placing the order that I had selected the wrong size for one of them. I emailed the company and they responded quickly, and were able to switch the frame to the correct size and refund me the difference in no time. The frames arrived very well packaged and I'm extremely pleased with them!

Item hasn't been delivered on the times promised when contacting customer services. When it arrived it wasn't worth the price. I am sure Del Boy would have sold a better quality one.

Very poor, avoid this company, wish I had purchased from somethere else.

I have used Frame Company for three years soon and I have got to know this company quite a bit. The website can have odd issue (at least when used from my Macs), but their customer service will make sure you get what you need always. Quick delivery and replies.

I had the missfortune of purchasing from the company.. the item was sold as something it was not.. they accepted the return then 6 days after I sent it they told me that I had to pay the return postage.. the customer service is awful- AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Have ordered a few items from them and the frames are truly lovely however all times I’ve ordered and PAID FOR 1-2 DAY SHIPPING but they never ship on time! I always end up having to chase them and every time they tell me they’ve shipped! Not true and a couple of days later I get a shipping notification and a few days after that the frames arrive. Such a shame. Would be such a great company if they delivered as they promise ☹️

Abysmal customer service.

Ordered frames from this company and paid extra for faster delivery, which they subsequently failed to provide. They could not provide a reason as to why my items were delayed, where my items were and when they would get delivered. When I emailed them, the customer service was far from good. A copied and pasted answer was sent to me and I was told to simply refuse delivery when my order did eventually get sent out for a full refund. Poor service. Avoid.

The Frame Company catered for my special size A1 frame, with constant feedback regarding manufacturing and delivery times.

Feedback via email was very prompt and informative. The staff are extremely friendly and it seems nothing is to much trouble in catering for its customers needs and questions.

The product delivered is made exceptionally well, and packaged thoroughly throughout to avoid any damages in transit.

I will be a returning customer as and when the time arises.

I've recently started a new business and have needed to change Frame supplier - After a call with Natasha from Frame-Company not only have a found a new frame supplier, I've found a much better, efficient and effective team to continue to deliver my high standard product to my customers. 10/10 service from the team! Highly recommend them to any and all!

The company is great at communicating. It's website and ordering process is clear and user friendly. The order arrived in a timely manner and was neatly but securely packed.
The product was exactly as ordered and of premium quality and at a decent price.
What else can a customer want

Excellent frames, really impressed with the quality. Delivery took a little longer than stated and I didn’t receive a dispatch email, but the quality of the product makes up for this.

Frame Company's customer service was excellent.
I told them what I wanted and what they advised was spot on. They custom cut the mount to fit a jigsaw that I wanted to frame, and its a perfect fit.
The frame is great quality and looks perfect in my home office space.
The frame was delivered with no issue, I would def buy from this company again.

I ordered 7 frames from the Frame Company as wanted some reasonably priced colourful frames for some photos, and they had some that fitted the bill. The frames themselves are very nice and I am more than happy with them...so why only 2 stars? Here are 3 reasons for which they lose a star;

1 - Time, they quote 5-7 working days, mine took over 3 weeks to arrive. Initially blaming someone dropping them whilst packing and having to be re-made
2 - Customer services - there is no way of tracking where your order is, I emailed them and was 1st told that they would be 5-7 working days and they had no way of checking when they would be dispatched. I contacted them again after 7 working days, I received a reply the next day telling me about the damage and having to be re-made but was assured they would be dispatched that day and I would received in 24-48 hours and gave me a tracking number. It took another 2 days for the parcel to be dispatched.
3 - They use EVRI to deliver their parcels. Mine was collected on a Thursday, no email notifications but tracker updated on Saturday morning saying out for delivery, no time window was given. No delivery, Sunday it still said out of delivery on the Saturday. I managed to contact Customer Services via ChatBot who told me they would escalate and ensure delivery was made that day, nothing arrived no status update. I got back to them and was told it would definitely be delivered on the Monday, still nothing. On Tuesday they told me that they had lost the parcel and it would take another 2 days to do a thorough search and would get back to me then with next steps. Parcel then arrived on the Wednesday.

So 3 weeks to receive my order, told untruths by Customer Services and then had to deal with the incompetency of their courier, EVRI. This is why they lose 3 stars.

Fantastic. I ordered two frames from them through Amazon but unfortunately they arrived damaged. There were contact details directly to the company and I reached out to them via email. They were so professional and helpful that I ended up placing a very large order with them, all of which was dispatched promptly and free of charge, with an additional discount. All the frames ordered from them directly arrived in perfect condition, very securely wrapped. What more, I wasn't sure what frame sizes I would need or what styles would suit the artwork I had and they were very eager to advise, offer alternatives and provide custom sizing. I will be using them for all frame orders going forwards. Pleasure to work with.

I ordered two A4 frames using Amazon. Unfortunately the glass was broken in one frame. I was going to ask Amazon for a replacement, when I noticed a note inside the package asking me to contact the fame company direct for a replacement. I emailed them and explained the situation. They replied quickly and arranged for a replacement frame, FOC for me. It arrived within a couple of days; well wrapped and unbroken!
I did not have to return the broken frame.
Great service. Highly recommended.
