Frame Company Arvostelua 

I've had a couple of orders with them and just about to make another. both orders were made to spec, good quality for a great price, orders take a couple of weeks but so what. great pro-active service at a good price. good, easy to use website. If you want to pay much more for a local shop and still have to wait feel free. 5 star.

Custom frames and mounts have always come out great. Happy with service and price.

Asked for a frame to be custom made,arrived quickly & exactly what I wanted, Amanda handled it all 5star!

Had to chase order but the company came back to me quickly. Gave me carrier information and tracking number when I asked for them. Frames arrived safely and well protected, are good quality, at a good price and look very nice hanging on walls. Would definitely use them again.

17 days. No Frame. No shipping information. Going to call them tomorrow. Avoid at all cost. atrocious service. Surprised they are still in business as they clearly don't know what they are doing or care at all about keeping any customers they get.

Very poor service. I ordered frames, which were not delivered. When I chased them, they tried to pin the error on the courier. Of course, I asked for a tracking number, which they didn’t give. After requesting a refund, they decide to send the frames in 24 hours. However, 2 weeks had already passed since the order. As we are made to pay postage, I thought they might offer a gesture of goodwill by refunding that. Nothing of course. The customer service is dreadful and the frames are not very good. I’ve had similar problems to the other 1 star reviewers. I always try and give the benefit of doubt but I am seriously disappointed with Frame Company and will never use them again. You might want to consider looking elsewhere for a better experience.

I ordered a frame on 13 September and it finally arrived on 26th. I emailed several times and was lied to at one point, assuring me that I would have the frame by the end of the week, which I didn’t. I needed the frame for a certain day, and as it wasn’t coming I asked them to cancel the order more than once, but it was sent anyway. Now I have a frame I don’t need and need to pay to get to the shop to return it.
Frame is okay; not worth the money and certainly not the time. Wouldn’t use again.

If I could give a 0* then I would, this is terrible I paid over 20 pounds for a frame that the website showed to be a large A3 print. But instead I get a tiny 6x4 print. I double check everything before I purchase I it never said it was gonna be 6x4. Nothing in the confirmation emails even said it.

I used to be a regular customer of this company, alas a few years back they changed the frame sizes I had ordered as they didn't have what I wanted in stock, without notifying me (a different size frame doesn't help when you have expensive prints of a certain size for a photography exhibition).
So recently I thought I would try them again as they do sell a nice range of frames called Seymour. Alas they did it again, though this time the frames that were sent wasn't even the Seymour frames that I had ordered. I don't understand why they just can't inform the customer that they don't have the frame or sizes etc in stock. So this time I will for sure not be purchasing from them ever again!!

Amazing customer service and fast delivery!

I had ordered from Amazon and my delivery came for a day! The order was carefully packed and came in perfect condition! Although I had a slight problem with the back of the frame, the customer service was super fast and sent me a replacement within a day!

Will definitely purchase from them again in future and can’t recommend them enough! The styles are also beautiful!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Despite being very well packed and clearly marked as fragile, the couriers managed to break the glass in the frame. I sent an email to the Frame Company explaining this. I received a very polite, apologetic and reassuring email back very soon after asking if I would like the glass replaced or a new frame complete with glass. Within days my replacement was delivered to me. All the while communication was courteous and professional. One of the best examples of aftercare from any company I have dealt with.

I ordered 2 white Candy frames and was delighted with the quality of the frames. They were packed very well and received when they were expected. I would definitely buy from Frame Company again when I need more frames.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company, and I'd 100% use them again. The frame I ordered was very reasonably priced (far cheaper than the people I usually buy from) and is of a good quality. It arrived within a week of me ordering it and looks exactly as the picture on the website did. The frame was well packaged in bubble wrap and thick cardboard, and whoever packaged it very sensibly put clear labelling on to tell the courier that the parcel contained a fragile item.
As a lovely little "extra" (of sorts), there was a thank-you postcard enclosed which featured the sweetest photo of the company dogs! It made me smile on a day when I was grateful for anything to make me feel better.

The first set of picture frames I ordered are still being tracked down by the company (lost in transit) however they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction, when the frames arrived I couldn’t have been happier with them, they are of superb quality and look fabulous on my wall.
I will definitely use this company again.

An excellent and high quality choice of frames and mounts, I could not be any more pleased with my choice. Securely packaged and sent very quickly. I found customer services outstanding in helping me to order a further mount. Every question was answered swiftly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Having five non-standard prints needing mounting and framing, I was initially hesitant to order online given my reservations on whether they would come back correctly made and intact. I needn't have worried. Their customer service is superb and a quick email explaining my requirements resulted in expert help and guidance from their technical team. Since then I have used them on many occasions and I have never failed to be delighted. Why can't all businesses be like this?

Upon arrival the glass was broken, even though it arrived well packaged - contacted the company with supporting photo's - they sent a replacement without any problem, which arrived perfect.
Fantastic products and a company i would certainly use again. Totally recommend.
