Fragrance Shop Arvostelua 

I placed an order for an aftershave back in August, I didn’t receive the order as their delivery partner didn’t read instructions I’m housebound and it was left downstairs.
After I’ve only just got my refund and we are in October the product was ordered in August. They didn’t respond to my follow up emails. Very rude and shocking customer service and the time taken for a refund was diabolical

The sales staff Caroline was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, helpful and friendly. Her experience shone through as she gently guided me on what perfume to buy. I’ll definitely go back to this store again when next I’m looking for a perfume or cologne to purchase. Thank you Caroline!

Robbing scamming people took membership when never had one, and when you ring you get to Africa and they just don't do anything, contacted the shop and they were useless.. avoid at all costs especially the memebership

I had a lady serve me today at the Doncaster outlet by the name of Nicola and she was very helpful and easy to communicate with she’s a credit to your company

Placed order with 3 day delivery time, never received the order after 20 days and no contact after many emails, rang the customer service team which took 57 minutes to get through to be told I would have to wait longer or cancel my order and wait 7-10 days for a refund.
Absolute joke and unprofessional company

Sells heavily used, dirty, and scratched products and blames the customer for it. Outrageous.

Went into Fragrane Shop & WOW!! I was shown a Wonderful Perfume Called Crystal Noir, With a Subtle hint of Vanilla, Musk & A Floral mixture with Pitchouli oil.... WOW!!! it's another light Floral Perfume which I love. What a Winner Crystal Noir is. Ideal for Day or Night Just Right, Light, & Airy scent that you can't go wrong with..... Staff were exceptionally Polite Courteous & Wonderfully Professional...

Placed order on Dec 1st, still not had my delivery, tried several times to contact them only to get automated replies, asked for my money back but no reply, Not sure now if this whole set up is a scam. People should avoid the site

Ordered and was sent wrong product tried phoning the person who answered was very abrupt and unless it was a perfume she couldn't or wouldn't help sent email and am still waiting for reply a week later

Order no. FWUK60528372 Ordered rabanne millions for men gift set the small perfume was smashed and broke,cut my finger as I opened it,was in a metal case all the tin was scratched,the large EDP was all scratched,theres no return link on page.It says email customer service for ETA Number can't return it without.It could not have got Damaged in the post,bottles are all scratched inside tin,there was no cellofane on it,don't know if it was supposed to,or if soneobe else returned it.Customer services won't reply so I can't do anything,sent them several messages,if u go to online contact form it says,page can't be found! I just don't know what to do!
