Door onze parfums in grote hoeveelheden in te kopen, kunnen wij scherpe prijzen hanteren. Ons assortiment is klein, maar zorgvuldig gekozen, zodat je altijd de populairste geuren vindt. Omdat wij studenten zijn en dit bedrijf runnen als bijverdienste, werken we met zeer kleine marges en bieden we jou hoogwaardige parfums voor minder dan bij andere winkels.

Ware wurde schnell verschickt aber dann

Ware wurde schnell verschickt, dann hakte etwas bei GLS und der Traking Status hat sich über längere Zeit nicht verändert, angeblich in Auslieferung ( über 2 Wochen...) GLS angefragt, auf einmal tut sich was und der Status zeigt ausgeliefert aber kein Paket gekommen, nicht am Ablageort oder beim Nachbarn. Wieder GLS angeschrieben und die Antwort bekommen, dass nur der Versender einen Suchauftrag stellen kann. Währenddessen hat FragranceGems auf meine Mails geschrieben ich solle bei GLS nachfragen weil es ja ausgeliefertwurde... Jetzt bekomme ich keine Antworten mehr auf meine Mails. Hier bestelle ich nicht wieder und GLS werde ich meiden (oder in einen Paketshop liefern lassen, dann können die nicht behaupten es wäre ausgeliefert worden)

Die letzte Mai die ich erhalten habe war vom 15.09.26 ! Am 22.09.26 habe ich zum letzten Mal an FragranceGems gemailt,dass nichts angekommen ist und die Bitte eines Suchauftrages gestellt. Zudem habe ich die Mail welche ich von GLS bekomme hatte mit rein kopiert. Darauf wurde mir NICHT weiter geantwortet! Somit weiß ich weder von GLS noch von FragranceGems dass ein Suchauftrag läuft, geschweige denn dass ich nochmal irgendwo bestätigen muss das Paket nicht erhalten zu haben. Ich bin daher davon ausgegangen, dass meinem Problem nicht nachgegangen wurde, sollte es wider erwarten zu einer Klärung kommen, werde ich das hier mitteilen.

Dear Lars and readers,

This review gives a very different picture from what actually happened, so here is the timeline of order #FG9962:

• 5 Sept: order placed. 7 Sept: shipped by us via GLS, properly packed and handed over on time.
• 15 Sept: Lars emails us. We reply within the hour with the full status and tracking number.
• 22 Sept, 16:40: Lars tells us for the first time that the parcel has not arrived. At 17:15, 35 minutes later, we had already submitted an official investigation request to GLS, and at 17:22 we confirmed this to him by email.
• 28 Sept and 2 Oct: GLS asks for further documents. We supply them straight away.
• GLS also requires a non-receipt declaration signed by the recipient before the investigation can proceed. To date, we have not received one.
• Since 22 Sept, we have not received a single further message from Lars.

So while we are doing what we can to trace a parcel that we shipped correctly, we have not heard from Lars since the day he reported the problem. The claim that he gets "no answer" to his emails does not match our mailbox, and neither does the claim that we told him to take it up with GLS because the parcel was "delivered": we opened the investigation ourselves, the same day.

We stand by these facts. We hope that next time Lars leaves a review ... he first checks the facts.

UPDATE:
We have again requested the declaration of the customer that the goods arent delivered (the official filled in form) through the mail. GLS keeps telling us to hand in this declaration. We have already requested this same form to be handed in to us from the 24th, we still haven't heard anything yet. For all our readers, kindly understand that without this form, we are not able to proceed the research at GLS and GLS will cancel our research. To Lars: kindly mail us with the filled in form.

Ruim assortiment, voordelige prijzen, snelle levering. Top bezorgd ook zonder schade aangekomen. Producten zijn zoals omschreven.

Very slow shipping

Very slow shipping, it took over 10 days to start shipping my order and it was not even delivered to my address and had to go collect it from post office. Customer service did not help. Why charge so much for shipping and not deliver on time. Other sites offer free shipping and ship on the same day even. I won’t purchase again.

Thank you for your feedback - we'd genuinely like to look into this, but we're unable to find any order under this name in our system.

A few things that may explain what you experienced:

Some of our fragrances are listed as pre-orders. These are clearly marked as such on the product page, and they only ship once the stock arrives with us, which can take longer than a regular order.

The delivery method is chosen by the customer at checkout. If a service point option was selected (for example Mondial Relay or a PostNL point), this is stated explicitly before payment - that is why the parcel would be at a collection point rather than at your door. Home delivery is also available at checkout.

Every order we send goes out exactly to the address and method selected in the order.

If you send your order number to info@fragrance-gems.nl we will look into your specific case right away and correct anything that went wrong on our side.

Tolle Erfahrung

Tolle Erfahrung, Düfte sind sehr schön und auch der Service ist top. Bei Fragen sofort zu erreichen und der Versand ist auch mit 5 Tagen circa gut, denn die Produkte werden ja aus den Niederlanden gesendet. Ich bestelle schon zum zweiten Mal und werde sicher noch öfter darauf zurückgreifen 👌🏻

Lange Lieferzeit

Mit der bestellten Ware war alles ok jedoch gehört der Versand mit zum Kauferlebnis und das hat leider viel zu lange gedauert. Bestelle häufig in den Niederlanden und warte nie länger als 3 Tage auf mein Paket. Das war hier leider anders - schade.
