I have PowerDVD16 which is now eight years old. I had an issue reinstalling the software on a new laptop. Customer Services were fantastic- treated me like I'd just spend several hundred pounds on brand new software. PowerDVD16 is fine, but the customer service was great.

Es demasiado lento a la hora de grabar archivos de vídeo a un DVD. He utilizado otros programas y le daban mil vueltas a este software.
En lo único que destaca es en la gran cantidad de plantillas, efectos musicales, menús más bonitos y vistosos... pero es eso, puro envoltorio y nada más.

No lo recomiendo si lo que buscáis es algo más eficiente y, sobre todo, más rápido a la hora de hacer su trabajo.

Inclu dans mon pc à l'achat mais fonctionnement payant et uniquement en X€/mois. Même pas en achat definitif. Ben tient ! Belle arnaque. Autant acheter un vrai logiciel dans ce cas !

Ne recommande pas du tout, Youcam360, plante après une demi-heure connais pas les caméras je vous le déconseille totalement. C'était un bon il y a 10 ans, maintenant c'est vraiment nul

Après avoir payé un achat définitif (lorsqu'on le pouvait encore), impossible de restaurer (actualiser) sur un nouveau pc, et maintenant on est obligé de payer un abonnement. C'est terminé pour moi.

This site is a marvel, but it takes practise and patience because it has so many brilliant features.

Multiple tracks, video and audio are easily added to make your studio production impressive. Certainly, submersive and gives full scope to your creativity. Many AI tricks are there if you want them, but I stick to basics.

I had a snag so went to 'support' where I had immediate help and was soon, politely, sorted.

It's all great fun, with a full video/audio studio on the side if you want to be really slick.

There are negative reviews inevitably, but I think they are from users who don't want to take the time to get into all the possibilities. I have my own YouTube channel and there I have many 'likes'.

There is nothing to lose as you can give it a try for FREE, then upgrade, as I do for less than GBP 60 p.a.

Völlige hinter das Licht geführt worden, Programm update bezahlt und funktioniert nicht auf dem MAC. Es kommt immer wieder der Aufruf das Programm zu bezahlen. Schlechter Service über den Support (anders Programm und nicht mein Account). Finger Weg.

Bon logiciel mais SAV inexistant. 1 semaine que j'attends une réponse suite à une problème technique de leur produit m'empêchant de récupérer ma vidéo. Je ne peux pas continuer mon travail. J'ai pris pour 1 an, je ne me réabonnerais pas. Un SAV qui n'est pas réactif c'est rédhibitoire.
Je ne recommande pas !!!

Cyberlink’s “Error #1” with me was at 4:44 pm on July 13, 2024. My password (above) would not work. I only had the option to sign in with a different account or to press “Forgot password” and have to reset the password. Chose the latter, and got the message they would send me instructions for resetting the password.
Error #2: That message never came. (Hey, I had already received two notices at that email account of my payment being accepted for the PhotoDirector 365 at $39.99). I never got a message of how to reset it. That was Error #2.
So, here I am, locked out of what I paid good money for and was excited about getting to use it. Now it is more of an anchor around my neck as I sink deeper into a corporate maze. Help!!!!
Next, I tried to communicate with their “support” team. That was my ERROR, because there is no human contact.
So, first I was able to send a message on their support system and was told they would send a helpful message to me. ERROR # 3. That note never, ever arrived. So I returned to the Support options and tried a different one. That one told me that I had entered a wrong account. Yikes. ERROR #4.
By the way, I have seen bad instructional videos, but this one absolutely is the worst. Ever. Not one human word, just some jazzy music and some blurry video which was impossible to see exactly what the person was doing or why.
I have learned 3 lessons so far: (1) I should have paid more attention to the fact that Trust Pilot gave them an awful rating of only 2.0 (out of 5). (2) I should have heeded the bad reviews that their customers voiced on the TrustPilot site. And (3) I should have gone with the bad vibes I was getting instead of being dazzled by their long list of supposedly terrific features. Kinda hard to test the features when I cannot even open it to square one.

They are another bait and switch company. I read reviews of PowerDVD and the software was highly rated. Therefor I downloaded the Essentials version and liked what I saw, so I saw this ad when I was closing the program and decided that I would purchase it. So I clicked on the only button on the ad it read UPGRADE NOW so I did it took me the website and there was another button that said upgrade now, I pressed it and was taken to another page with tabs but was on the upgrade (all the other buttons were labeled UPGRADE NOW) so I purchased it and downloaded the upgrade to what I thought would upgrade me from Essentials to Ultra But this was not so.
I contacted them voice and was told great thanks for purchasing our software, but you will have to give us $50.00 I you want the software. They said that I had purchased the upgrade version (the one they directed me to buy advertising I would be upgrading from the Essentials to the Ultra version) and would have to give them $50.00 to actually purchase the software. I wish I could include the screenshots of the pages. Don't get caught in the Bait & Switch if you want the software don't count on any discounts to lure you in just give them the $100 up front so you don't have to go through the hassle.

I'm very upset and still trying to get back the refund I should have had for Powerdirector. I asked them not to bill me but they did.

The link I got in the Cyberlink email for a refund did not work. Was then referred to Google Play and since then have been given the run around by Google play, including links that don't work. Was asked to authenticate my Google account and when I managed to get through to the correct page - it's all been confusing and timewasting work - the page said there was no such information in my account.

Google now says since I'm unable to authenticate they will not refund me.

They didn't look at their wrong directions, they didn't suggest another way.

I'm fed up with this, but I'm not letting them rip me off.

I asked for their authentication procedure again, let's see if they bother sending it.

This really disgraceful customer service. The money has clearly gone out of my account to Cyberlink and they're very unwilling to refund it.

Es wird Werbung für Power DVD 23 mit 4 K Wiedergabe gemacht obwohl es nicht funktioniert. Sonderangebot für 69,95€. Nach der Installation legte ich einen 4K Film ins Laufwerk und bekam die Fehlermeldung "dieses Format wird nicht unterstützt. Nun startete ich einen MKV Film von meiner Festplatte, wollte in den Einstellungen der Audio Optionen, ging nicht. Dann ging ich zu den Grundeinstellungen des Players der der beste sein soll auf dem Markt. Audio Einstellungen kann ich dann wählen zwischen PCM und HDMI. Sogar mein Mini PC erkannte sofort meine Audio Quelle und installierte die Samsung Dolby Atmos Soundbar im System. Ich bemühte den Support, teilte das Problem mit, nach 4 Tagen eine Antwort aus Textbausteinen indem mir mitgeteilt wird das Power DVD 22 kein 4 K mehr unterstützt. Entweder haben diese Herrschaften hinter dem Download Link Power DVD 22 installiert und es ist beabsichtigt den Kunden zu betrügen um Power DVD 24 zu verkaufen, oder der Mitarbeiter hat nicht gelesen was ich geschrieben habe. Frechheit so ein Verhalten. Power DVD ist für mich gestorben

Lange Jahre war ich treuer Kunde von Cyberlink. Video- und Fotobearbeitungssoftware. Das hat sich jetzt geändert. Die Geschäftsgebaren dieses Unternehmens sind nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Da wird willkürlich Software, die ja nach Kauf mein Eigentum sein sollte, gesperrt. Nach Kauf eines neuen Notebook wollte ich die Software wieder installieren. Dann kam das:
Der Aktivierungsschlüssel wurde zu oft eingegeben. PD 18 ist gesperrt.
Auf Nachfrage im Supportcenter was da los wäre kam diese Antwort:

Lizenz wurde immer nur auf einem PC genutzt.
Eigentlich bin ich der Meinung das dies mein Problem ist wie oft ich die Software installiere und aktiviere. PD 18 war gesperrt.
Sämtliche geforderten Belege gescannt und hingeschickt. Als Antwort kam:

Nur was immer noch nicht ging war die erneute Aktivierung von PD 18.
Aber es gab ja noch aus vergangenen Zeiten andere Versionen von PD. PD 11 installiert, lief alles prima. Danach wollte ich das Upgrade auf PD 13 installieren. Und es kam wieder diese Meldung:
…zu oft installiert, PD 13 war auch gesperrt.
Also weiter mit PD 11. Ging aber auch nicht. Projekte die mit PD 18 erstellt wurden kann man in PD 11 nicht öffnen.
Das war mir dann doch zu viel. Sämtliche Software von Cyberlink deinstalliert und bei einem anderen Anbieter (Magix) alles neu geordert. In der Hoffnung das es hier der Umgang mit den Kunden anständiger abläuft.

Systemwechsel von Windows auf Mac...Konnte das Abo nicht weiterverwendet werden. Bei vielen anderen ist das kein Problem. Die Antwort vom Support kam nach 3 Wochen ich denke schlechter geht es nicht.

Logiciel qui passe son temps a planter des l'enregistrement d'une modification. J'ai contacté le support en ligne : ils ne peuvent rien faire c'est mon matériel qui est trop obsolète sans meme me demander sur quel support je travail et de quand date mon ordi (qui entre nous a moins de 4 ans.)
Bref prix attractif mais cher par rapport au rendement proche de zéro

Finding Cyberlink products was such a relief. Didn't take me long to switch from Adobe expensive products to cyberlink. Not only they offer way greater value for money but is way more user friendly - The photo editing for example - I can do it all in one software, very easy to find your way around, where before I always had to switch between Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. The Video editor also is great.
