Title: Conflicting Rules, Rejected $10,240 Payout, and Account Closure

I am sharing my experience with FPFX Global so other traders can make an informed decision before purchasing an account.

I purchased an FPFX Instant account on 28 September 2026. Before purchasing, I reviewed the published conditions, which stated “No minimum trading days.” I relied on that information when buying the account.

I accumulated $10,240 in closed net profit and submitted a payout request. FPFX rejected it, stating that I had completed only one trading day and that five trading days were required.

After the rejection, my account was marked as BREACH and closed. Support confirmed that the closure followed its Compliance Department’s decision, but initially did not provide me with a clear explanation of the specific rule I had violated.

I asked FPFX to reactivate my account so I could complete the remaining trading days. I was then instructed to complete those days before requesting another review, despite the account having been marked as breached and closed.

I have now completed the required trading days as instructed and am seeking confirmation that FPFX will review my account again and clarify the status of my $10,240 in profits.

This experience has been stressful and disappointing. My main concern is the inconsistency between the account conditions I reviewed before purchasing and the requirements later applied to my payout.

I want FPFX Global to provide a transparent explanation, confirm my payout eligibility, and resolve this matter fairly.

I will update this review if the company provides a satisfactory resolution.

Update to My Review – FPFX Global: Unresolved Payout Dispute and Unprofessional Support

I am updating my review because my complaint with FPFX Global remains unresolved.

When I purchased my FPFX Instant account, the account information displayed 0 minimum trading days. However, when I requested a payout, my request was rejected because I had not completed the required five trading days. My account was subsequently classified as a hard breach and suspended.

I contacted support to explain the discrepancy and request a fair review. Instead of addressing my concerns about the information displayed when I purchased the account, the support representative repeatedly insisted that the decision was final and that I would need to purchase another account to continue trading.

What concerns me most is that my legitimate questions about the advertised requirements and the specific grounds for the hard-breach classification have not been satisfactorily resolved. In the latest response, the representative also told me to stop making a fuss about the matter.

As a forex influencer in Nigeria who has experience working with prop firms, I take transparency, fair treatment, and professional customer service seriously. I am not asking for special treatment; I am asking for clear explanations and fair treatment as a paying customer.

I would like FPFX Global to provide the terms applicable on my purchase date, identify the exact rule that justified the hard-breach classification, and explain why the account was suspended rather than allowing the payout issue to be reviewed after I completed the required trading days.

I am sharing my experience so that other traders can make informed decisions. I remain open to a fair resolution, but so far, my concerns have not been adequately addressed.

To he honest i haven't use the propfirm before but as tgeir customer care answer all my questions fast and it was very understandable got me attracted to it

I've been following FPFX Global and exploring their trader portal and platform features. The dashboard is clean, transparent, and user-friendly. They are scammers trust me I swear the rejects 10k$ without a reason and they state that when your payout rejected the breach your account they have hidden rules until you reach payout stage don’t buy this firm you’ll thank me later ✅

My payout was rejected because FPFX stated that I had completed only one trading day and that five trading days were required. After the rejection, my dashboard showed “BREACH,” and FPFX Support confirmed in writing that my account had been closed following the Compliance Department’s decision.

I asked FPFX to reactivate the account so I could complete the remaining four trading days. However, Support told me that the outcome could not be reversed. I was left unable to complete the requirement they said I had failed to meet.

I have repeatedly requested the exact rule allegedly violated, the terms applicable to my account on the purchase date, and an explanation of why the account was closed instead of allowing me to complete the remaining trading days. I have not received a satisfactory, specific explanation.

This is particularly disappointing because my previous account was affected by an issue FPFX Support described as a technical error, and approximately $8,128 in profit from that account was not transferred to my replacement account.

I am asking FPFX Global to review the payout rejection and account closure, explain the applicable rules, and clarify what has happened to my $10,240 in profits. I am willing to comply with legitimate account requirements and am requesting a fair resolution.

I can provide supporting correspondence and screenshots to substantiate my experience.
