Found Sound Arvostelua

As a chaotic musician who can hardly manage to assemble a coherent outfit in the morning I need a Co-Pilot who can take the stress out of my mess. When I made an online order and immediately wanted to swap and add items, Found Sound got in touch right away, sorted a new invoice and easy payment and got this chaos straightened out so I can focus on the music rather than messing about on admin.

Great customer service, fast response and shipped the same day.

The team is great. Have ordered some items to Sydney and the team was really supportive when Startrack had issues. I think this would likely be a strong favourite / go-to store if I lived in Melbourne.

Definitely one of Melbourne's best! Highly recommended!

The crew there at found sound have gone above and beyond every single time i've dealt with them.
Highly Recommend!

Lewis and the team at Found Sound are extremely good at their job. Incredible encyclopaedic knowledge of all manner of instruments and production equipment. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very fair rates for consignments and a fantastic, seamless and professional service

Don't buy your milk from the fishmonger buy your music gear from these guys. A+ experience.

Huge thanks to the team at Found Sound! They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase. It’s rare to find this level of customer service nowadays. I am so glad I chose to buy from them. Thank you, Found Sound!

Lewis went above and beyond, offering detailed insight even though there was no sale involved. Pretty rare in these times!

Truly a fantastic international guitar buying experience with FoundSound. This was my first time dealing with a seller in Australia and everything was handled very smoothly, quick shipping. Lewis was great with communication. I highly recommend this business

Foundsound is awesome. Unmatched range of products and excellent service. Located in Melbourne but postage to Sydney had never been more than a few days.

Excellent service and hassle free, even offering shipping to NZ.

Excellent communication and friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent place to buy & sell used or new gear. Awesome staff, all very friendly & approachable.

Coolest music store in Australia with the best customer service!

Those guys are the bomb! Shipped very fast from down under to Europe without any hassle. Higly recommended!!

I had a bunch of music gear to sell and they were just brilliant helping me getting a good price for my gear. Can't thank them enough for doing that.
