Great customer service

Great range of interesting and original items amongst the classics. Speedy communication and delivery and, most importantly, courteous.

for eurorack or elektron gear, anything modular or synth or drum machine related, these guys are the best. email them questions they’ll help and set you up!

I've sold guitars and pedals via foundsound and also bought guitar pedals (specifically walrus audio) from found sound. They've been amazing to work with from start to finish- every part of the team have been top notch and I didn't regret taking a chance on them. I sold my most valuable guitar via them and they helped me through the entire process and made it absolutely painless.

Brilliant shop. Great for finding new of in my case a rare 2nd hand gem. I just brought an acoustic bass. Relied on the website photos (which were great) and a discussion over the phone. Everyone I spoke to or emailed was super friendly and helpful. Was worried that the bass was going to be sent interstate via courier without a case- but should't have worried. The way it was packaged was above and beyond (so much care taken)- it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Love it. Thanks to all at Found Sound!

Callum and Lewis at Found Sound give outstanding customer service. Looked after me on price and organized a spilt delivery without any hassles.
5 stars just isn't enough some times.

Great crew of folks down at Found Sound. Always happy to talk about your style of music making and keen to find what fits you. Even over digital channels - they're the same. Friendly, helpful and switched on.
They make sure stuff is well packed too if you need it shipped — so you can relax and know your in good hands. Great selection of gear and knowledge to go with it so feel free to pump them with questions.

Truly wonderful experience with my purchase. The price for a new guitar was very competitive and fair. Retailer responded promptly to confirm sale and provide follow up communication - item was packed and shipped quickly as well. Order arrived in less than a week packed with care - the guitar was even perfectly in tune after traveling halfway across the world! It was a pleasure doing business with Found Sound and I highly recommend them.
