DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they have no regard for a faulty items especially when you purchase a Michael Kors watch which is FOSSIL! The watch is 6 months old and has split and broken and they will not do anything very upsetting for such a well known brands!

Fossil Support is worst I have ever experience 6 months of back and forth with no refund. The repair centre have f***** me up on 3 occasion and not even bothered to open and attempt at fixing the issue. Support on the phone absolutely ridiculous why have support if they cannot fix or refund!! SICK TO DEATH AND WILL ACTIVELY TELL OTHERS TO NOT BUY FROM FOSSIL!!

Just want to say how pleased I am with my recent Fossil purchases, after deferring to Radley and being somewhat disappointed with their quality I have returned to Fossil and am very impressed by the quality of their bags/purses having bought 3 recently, Fossil are maintaining quality in exchange for a not cheap though fair price, worth every penny and recommended!

It is hard to put into words just how bad this company's customer care has been. I have never come across such absolute incompetence and total lack of empathy and customer care as that demonstrated by Fossil.

I retuned a watch for investigation and a quote for a possible repair, which I had assumed would be a routine process. As it turned out, I could not have been more wrong. The whole process was a complete disaster from day 1 resulting in Fossil losing my watch somewhere in their repair centre having previously confirmed receipt of it. The watch was bought for me by my daughter for a special birthday

It took Fossil more 8 weeks to finally admit the watch had been lost after;
More than 30 emails and several phone calls from me to the so called support team . 6 Fossil support people working on this problem at one point

They would only update me on the progress when I emailed or called asking for an update. In the end, they agreed to replace the lost watch, of course the that particular model was no longer available so I had to choose another. This process in it's self was a complete joke, I had to provide a list total of 7 alternative watches before they eventually agreed on a model that was actually in stock (Even though their website showed all of these items were in stock).

Fossil Customer Care refused to compensate me adequately for the stress and upset caused by this situation. I have been offered any item on their website to the value of £50, all the items in that category are complete useless garbage, or a 20% discount code to use on further purchases. Why would I purchase any product from a company like this???

I would strongly recommend you avoid purchasing anything from this company, who are only too happy to take your money initially, but heaven help you if anything goes wrong with it

They seems pathetic in return, we returned the watches within few weeks in perfect condition and still no refund and its already over a month when they says it takes 14 business days its over 28 business days and stopped replying. They are just bogus company selling stupid things with no refunds even after return

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a watch in April 2021, it stopped working end of May 2021. I returned it and it took 2 months to repair and was returned again to me at the end of July. The watch failed again in Aug and was returned to Fossil at the beginning of September. At this stage i requested a refund and since then I have battled constantly with Fossil and to date do not have my watch and do not have my money. I have sent many emails and made many calls to no avail. I have asked to escalate but nobody EVER calls me back. I’ve commented on feedback requests which is a waste of time as again nobody follows up. I am currently on hold (25 mins) waiting to see if somebody is prepared to speak to me following my request to escalate. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever encountered.

I was looking for a skeleton watch as a gift. I found 2 Fossil watches on their online store. I tried to purchase one, went through the whole process including requesting their engraving service, went through the checkout process and at the very end was notified the watch was discontinued. I tried again with a different watch, with exactly the same result. I wasted over an hour on this. Why the hell do they list the products for purchase if they no longer stock them?! So frustrating...

Ordered a watch over a week ago as a present for my nephew it was supposedly dispatched over 4 days ago, everyday I’ve gone to check the tracking & the delivery date has changed everyday and now it’s not expected to arrive until after my nephew has left the country I would of expected better shipping when you spend a couple hundred on a watch really dissatisfied and certainly won’t be buying again or recommending I’ve tried to contact customer services and I’ve had nothing back from them I can’t call as I am working during there opening hours really poor service from such a big name

Friendly and helpful staff in Fossil Silverburn, Glasgow today. Good covid procedures in place both in Fossil and the shopping centre in general. Richard and the other lady serving were very knowledgeable. My daughter bought a bag and I bought a watch for a 60th birthday gift. Both really good quality, and not too expensive. So nice to be back in store shopping again.
