Foscam UK Arvostelua 

Ordered my camera, delivery took a few days but everything was complete and installation straightforward.

All my outdoor and indoor cameras are Foscam. They are trusted as is Foscam UK. I also received messages enquiring as to why my existing decades old bullet camera was being replaced with a new one together with tips on getting it working again. Great service.

Missed the delivery date, but made good on a professional wsy

Do not buy from Foscam. They confirmed I would get my payment on 27th April but it is now 16th June and they have still not refunded me. Now they have stopped replying to me emails.

Ordered two weeks ago. Not despatched despite a promise of a 2-3 day delivery. I have emailed, called and used the chat bot but no response or communication at all. Chat bot doesn’t respond. When you call it goes to voicemail. Only the tech support answer who can’t help with orders. Feels like a scam even if it is a legitimate business. Hate to think what the response would be if I had a technical issues. I have now requested the order be cancelled but obviously still no response or refund.

I had no issues with the product itself, but the service was extremely disappointing. My item wasn’t delivered within the promised timeframe, and despite emailing and chasing for updates, I received no response at all. I eventually had to call them directly to get any information.

The lack of communication made the whole experience feel like ordering from a dodgy site. Although the product finally arrived and is of good quality, the delayed delivery and poor customer service really let the company down.

I hope they improve their communication and reliability for future customers.

I'm pleased with everything about Foscam and customer service but have to say I wasn't happy when my camerama failed and they couldn't transfer my cloud service to the new camera..

Altough the product was not suitable for my requirements the support was absolutly fantastic tried for 2 days to resolve issues ...many thanks for the technical support from James, very well done. The NVR seemed to be of good quality but did not pair with my cameras which were not Foscam.

Great first experience at Foscam, ordered a WD Surveillance hard drive, which arrived very fast via DPD and was packaged perfectly,

Great first experience at Foscam, ordered a WD Surveillance hard drive, which arrived very fast via DPD and was packaged perfectly, as its surprising how many companies don't know how to package a mechanical hard drive for postage.
Great guys thankyou for a great buying experience 5* will be needing another 6 of these, as the NVR has 8 slots.

Despite the web site saying “next day” dispatch, as well as 3-5 days for the order, it was not dispatched for 7 days. No explanation for the delay was given.

The R8M camera uses a 5volt USB-C power connector, and a cable was provided, but inexplicably, a 12volt power supply with an incompatible powerq plug was also included in the box.

last time i advised you that you need to improve comms to keep customer informed - ou still haven't changed your process

heres what happened

1. supporrt chat session
2. 4 days later had to chase that for the return process and label
3. dispatched device but didn't received any update it was received, had to chase that again
4. no update from you regarding fault investigation
5. no update to confirm resolved and intended action
6. email 1 week later from dpd to same device delivered today
7. no follow up from you to enquire if now ok
8. 10 days later, still no follow up

shameful!

Great Value for Money was looking for a V5P camera and found this one on your website Grade A came very quick up and running in no time excellent service and despatched quick.

Camera arrived quickly....up and running within a very short while.

Online chat works well when you need it

Good price, slightly delay in delivery but swiftly rectified and apologies given.cant say fairer than that.

Box seal was open- everything looked OK inside.

3 - 5 days delivery was exceeded as it actually took 13 days with no intermediate communication for the delay in shipping.
