Carer Friendly Card arrived quickly
Carer Friendly Card arrived quickly, and is a good price. One thing I would possibly change would be to make the PerkJam page a little easier for people to find (maybe put the URL in the letter that accompanies the card). It took a little searching to find it, and I'm aware that other carers have had difficulty too.

I had to order my Carers card as though…
I had to order my Carers card as though it was the first time and it cost me money.

Got my digital card quite quickly. When I followed the email instructions it wasn't working very well so I emailed them and got a response almost straight away. Very responsive and very helpful would highly recommend
