A company that REALLY cares …
I’ve enjoyed formula for about eight months, it’s helped me keep on track. But recently, when I upgraded my phone, I lost all my history. It was frustrating because I could see the weight loss progression whenever I needed a boost. When I contacted them in dismay, they reached out and within a day I had all my information back in order. Now that’s what customer service is all about.

I liked the app
I liked the app, but think it can be improved by saving what I log on a daily basis as opposed to deleting it after a day or two, and leaving what they think I should be eating.
