They did fully refund all charges
They failed to end my subscription the overcharged me for the renewal I didn’t want BUT when I contacted them with my complaints, they fully refunded all the monies including my first month.
The reason I canceled in the first place was on me. I’m not good with keeping up with an app subscription!

Exceptional Customer Service
They certainly must have the most exceptional customer service team of all! I received notice of a subscription charge to my account. I was unaware of the subscription and when asked, they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge to my account!

I’ve changed my mind about this company. Two days ago I wrote a review complaining that when I looked at the contents of the plan I had asked to cancel it as it would have interfered with my medical treatment. I was happy to pay for the first charge but didn’t want the carry on subscription. I was not going to be use the plan. Two days ago a second payment notification came from PayPal. Immediately I wrote to both Formula Care and PayPal explaining that I shouldn’t have paid the second payment and it should be refunded. Within a day I received a lovely, warmly worded email from Formula Care customer support (a lady named Vera) that a full refund, including all payments were made to me immediately. I’m so impressed with the efficiency of this company. I would highly recommend. Five stars well deserved.

Amazing Customer Service!
I think this is a great idea! Love the options you can choose from and the customer service is outstanding! However, for me personally I have many food allergies and sensitivities so the fact I could not view meal plans before purchasing and even when I checked the allergy boxes I have, the meal plans just don’t work for me. For someone who doesn’t have many food allergies I think this is a great plan and deal! Thank you Helga for all your help! You are a wonderful Customer Service Rep! 5 stars to you!!
