Forman & Field Arvostelua

Pleased to report that my food order was superb. It was celebratory food to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday.

I found the guides given for preparing each dish very helpful and enabled me to cook the dishes to perfection.

The Lobster Thermidor was amazing - more than enough as a main course - as was the Tomohawk Steak and the Dover Sole. The Red Mullet was a lovely light starter and the summer pudding a real luxury dessert.

I looked at quite a few gourmet food suppliers before ordering from you, and I am very glad to have opted for Forman & Field. I would highly recommend you and thank you for making our weekend extra special.

Consistently great service and superb produce.

Friendly, knowledgeable team and importantly, when something goes wrong - they go above and beyond to correct it.

I wanted a special treat for bank holiday and saw the great reviews for Forman & Field. Very happy I got an order, got several items and everything was delicious. They were also accommodating in not having my chosen date on the website but contacted direct and they had it delivered on my chosen day. Highly recommend and I'm looking forward to my next order

Needed to order items for my wifes birthday but the date was not available.I rang Forman and Field and explained the situation who then did a wonderful job of ensuring that the order arrived on the day.
We ordered seven items including the Lobster Thermidor, dressed crab,Scones and the Baron Bigod cheese and seeded crackers
The quality and taste of the food is second to none and is worth that little extra to have restaurant quality food delivered to your door
Many thanks for the great service

Salmon Carving Masterclass with Darren.
Fantastic experience with a guy who knows his stuff.
The knowledge, enthusiasm and skill was clear to see.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience how to carve a perfect smoked salmon fillet 👍🏻

Much appreciated by the recipients who said all the food was delicious so thank you!

Fabulous private tour of Forman's facilities. Well organised, very professional and friendly. Good to meet team members and special thanks to Lance, Darren and Claire. I'm a relatively new customer but have found all the products I have purchased are of the highest quality and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Really love the variety of choices available. Good to be able to try both new items and also old favourites .
Good quality food, well packaged and delivered safely.

Fabulous product and service.
We ordered the salmon and langoustine terrine for our small dinner party and it was amazing everyone loved it.
Delivery was spot on arrived on time
Would definitely recommend.

Ordered poached salmon. Not only was it delicious but it was packaged beautifully and securely and kept the fish cold for over 2 days out the fridge. Delivery driver also polite! Thank you!

I’m pleased to say we enjoyed our latest F&F order very much! As with our previous order for our Anniversary last year, the ordering & delivery process was all extremely smooth and as before everything arrived securely packaged on my chosen delivery date the day before my wife’s birthday. The mini fishcakes we ordered were absolutely delicious – we had half of the pack between us as a starter (freezing the rest for another time) and Whitebait as a main course.

I can highly recommend booking a tour of Forman & Field. It's a great experience and I learnt so much from the owner who is very enthusiastic and engaging. The demonstrations are brilliant and ends with a delicious salmon platter served 8 ways.

Forman and Field has become my “go to” gift provider!
I live in Canada and my daughter lives in the UK….I have tried various well known retailers over the years and stumbled on Forman and Field a year or so ago. The review have been over the moon from my daughter and son in law….quality is always superb and delivery efficient and on time. The treats are always appreciated and fresh fresh fresh. Having confidence that what I send will be top quality and well received is VERY important…..I appreciate the consistent focus on customer service and quality!

Always beautifully presented and always delicious

Smoke house tour
My friend and I were part of a group tour of the smoke house on Saturday 20th April, starting at 11AM lasting about 3 hours.
We were warmly greeted at the entrance, with directions to the restaurant part and sat at a table for 2 by the window overlooking the canal towards the school, behind it the Olympic stadium.
We found the talk by Mr. Forman very interesting, informative and entertaining at times.
The smoke house downstairs was very clean, spacious andwell organised. Full marks for demo of salmon slicing skills.
The salmon sampling of different cure afterwards was delicious, was enjoyed.
Although the directions to the building was given in the email, we had a little difficulty finding it

Would 100% get again and recommend, quality is always good. Thank you.

We have just had our first order from Forman & Field; it certainly will not be our last. The ordering and the delivery process were faultless in every regard. Much more importantly, the tuna carpaccio was superb. Our problem now is to decide what we should include in our next order.

This is our second order and again, the food is exceptional! The truffled potato pavé is luxurious, oozing with high quality lightly salted butter and just the right amount of truffle - it’s a real treat and was fantastic with our Easter main. If you are vegetarian, you must try the cheese, walnut and courgette pithivier so tasty, different and something you can’t get anywhere else.

Everything comes well packaged and is kept cold via courier delivery so no need to worry about how long it has been on the road. We can’t recommend Forman & Field enough and to be honest, we’d rather use them for a celebratory meal than go out to a restaurant as you can guarantee how consistently good the food is, regardless of what you order.

I have dealt with Forman and Field for several years and I am impressed by the quality of their products and their service. I often raise queries with their staff and I always receive prompt and helpful information. A particular recent example was an Easter basket which was delayed by the courier in transit. I was contacted by their staff who explained the reason and the parcel arrived next day in time for Easter sundY.
