Honestly thought this was one of those scammy foreclosure sites at first (there are a lot of them). But Foreclosure.com is actually legit. Listings are real and updated. Been using it a few weeks now and already found a couple solid deals.

Got a call from foreclosure.com customer service walked me through the site and for course filtering results worked.

ÐI never signed up for no damn free trial. And if I did how'd I sign up in 2023 and the free trial just ended 3 years later 2026. Lol 😆 yes its only 39 dollars. But if they do 1k people this way they getting rich. I want my damn money back

Foreclosure.com IS A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. YOU GET NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH.

I worked with the customer service team at Foreclosures.com and they were helpful and fast. They updated accurate information and are fair and equal in their practices and publishing. Recommend them for buyers as well as homeowners and professionals in the industry.

I signed up after the trial. This site was the only lead that happened to pop up a the sale on this house i have been trying to get for months. All the real estate people said you'llnever get it because its not available. I think we all have the same opinion of most agents. This site had it listed and by now I'm stoked. I was only one to show at auction and could not believe it. I purchased it for 93K and after revamp it will bring 500K plus. Awesome info

This is an edited review, and I have the correct company for my review. I had signed up for a free trial through biggerpockets.foreclosure.com not realizing however that the link is affiliated with foreclosure.com. I found out after I was charged through PayPal and canceled through PayPal and also contacted Foreclosure.com. They did refund me. However, their affiliate link is very misleading marketing as I had thought that I was signing up for a free trial with BiggerPockets, and further more, their link didn't provide information about what the monthly cost would be nor a way for me to cancel membership. In addition, there wasn't any disclosure statement available through BiggerPockets. Again, a highly misleading and deceptive affiliate marketing funnel. I did look at Foreclosure.com's affiliate marketing program terms and conditions and their links cannot be modified if a company or individual decides to join their affiliate program (unless through writing). Taken directly from their site: "OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We agree to furnish you access to our site(s) through links furnished by us. We will provide you with all advertising banners, text or other appropriate icons to be linked to our site(s). You may use your own banners, icons or methods of delivering consumers to our site(s) only upon prior written approval by us."
I have also since contacted BiggerPockets letting them know of my experience and they can decide if they need to request a change in how information is presented, or end partnership or as often happens, do nothing.
So, ultimately, I believe the onus of responsibility here falls on Foreclosure.com since it is their program and they are responsible for their own marketing and how that is handled. I can't say anything specifically about whether or not their site itself is useful as I opted to cancel right away due to my experience. I won't ever be using their site due to their misleading affiliate marketing program.

Although I was not satisfied with the service, I was fully refunded for the cost, which shows that the Foreclosure.com does care and is in my opinion an honest and trustworthy company.

Foreclosure.com has been a fantastic tool to help find opportunity rich properties in the current low inventory market.

One of the worst companies you could try and do business with. Called because canceled subscription with PayPal same day signed up. They nailed my debit card day seven. I called to discuss and was yelled at, talked over then said will be refunded and hung up on. Rally this is a person they allow to so call help customers on phone? Maybe he is having a bad day? I called back asked for a manager, supervisor or owner, hmm wouldn’t you know it sane piece of garbage went right into my account has been closed would not listen over talked again and hung up on for second time. Real class organization. Save your money on the scam they have going.

My wife and I have found our first investment property using Foreclosure.com email alerts. We now have the property rented out for positive cash flow and are currently looking for our next investment. The website is easy to use, and the videos and checklist helped walk us through the process.

Foreclosure.com is a fantastic resource for any real estate investor. The data is on point, and their customer service team was accommodating.

I canceled my membership and still getting charged. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD details.

There are lot of websites offering NO CREDIT CARD for trial of 7 days or 3 days.

When you try to cancel System will start throwing offers to sign up again and verbiage not easy to comprehend for an average user who makes a mistake. Language for slippage and eventually you end up accidentally keeping your membership active.
Long Story short BIG NO NO.. DO NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
