Their shoe chart is different than any other chart in the world. They don’t update it and it’s my fault that I ordered the wrong size when I ordered the US size that my child is, I’m in America so obviously it would be going off of that shoe chart. They blamed it on me so whatever I’m sure they’re not going to do anything about it. Beware of this company.

If I could leave a 0 I would I definitely did not get what I thought I was paying for..definitely not real hey dudes like the picture and write up says..paid 70.00 dollars for 3.oo fake ones...fool me once!

I love my shoes, they are comfortable and they did a great job on the New Kids On The Block design I ordered. I am going to order 3 more of the NKOTB design. Thanks for doing such an amazing job on the design.

I have been waiting for over two months for my shoes! I try to get a refund and they tell me no and offer me a 50% discount code instead so I can spend more money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It is not worth the wait.

I never got my order.The.wrong tracking number was used.I was finally told they were making another order about a week ago and it's been crickets ever since.I haven't heard word one since.

Horrible. I ordered 8 weeks ago and still have not received my item. Tracking communication is horrible and I'm beginning to wonder if this is legit.

I would give them a zero If I could. Whatever u do, do NOT order from these people!!! They come off as scammers. U pay your money, never get the product or your money back!

Ordered in early December and here it is February and I've got nothing. They won't refund my money. All I've been getting is the run around.
Update: As of February 13th i was refunded my money. They were very reluctant to do so, offering to resend the product I never received. I will not be doing business with them anymore that is for sure

Product ordered in early December was still not delivered by February. No refund has been given to date despite multiple requests.

I never got my order. It was to be delivered to my parents house and USPS never delivered it. They returned it. I emailed to get it delivered and they told me I would have to repurchase my order all over again. No way!!! It’s not my fault it was never delivered!!!

Don't waste your time with this place- basically a scam. Horrible purchasing experience. Product took almost two months to arrive, and upon arrive they sent me the wrong size. "Customer Service" offered me a discount to repurchase the correct size?!?! Comical...
The product itself was incredibly poor quality and very misleading. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Not hey dudes absolutely awful product. They smell so bad that I wouldn’t even wanna put my feet in them, but I did try them on thinking well they will air out my foot slides out of them even though we ordered the correct size and they cost more than what the hey dude’s actually cost through hey dudes for the same shoes. It’s ridiculous. Do not order from them. They’re an awful company to work with and to deal with, and they won’t give you your money back when you get the wrong item or the item is not what they’re selling.

Order was placed on November 22 and still don’t have the order. Says it was delivered, but USPS says the tracking number is not a legitimate tracking number. Today is January 22 and still no order.

I wanted to give this little company a good review because:
They respond immediately when you email them.
They really try to correct their mistakes.
Their product- when you do receive it- is very nice and good quality just like the pictures on their website.
So- the truth is- this is a Chinese company (No, there is no London) that is overwhelmed with orders and is taking too long to make and ship these orders. Much like Wish and, at one time, Temu and even Alibaba; this small company will struggle until it has the capital to grow and develop infrastructure. If you have time to wait a little longer than reasonable to receive a novel, quality product, give them a try. You will get your order and your money’s worth!

These arent even real heydudes !! They stamp heydude logo on them and are located in United Kingdom save your money tissue paper is stronger then the quality of these fake heydudes

Would give a lower score if possible. Ordered on December 3 for a Xmas present was told I would get them December 22 at the latest (very long delivery time) and received them January 8. When I got them it was a completely different shoe, even though their response was that it takes them a very long time to “hand craft each order”. Reached out to inform them of their mistake and they did respond pretty quickly and said they would send me another pair. Wait another month for an order? No thank you. They offered to give me an 80% refund……..for THEIR MISTAKE. I told them no and I would only accept a full refund. They sent me 80% back and have stopped responding. What a joke of a company. WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
