I'm very very frustrated with this foodglow.ai. Here's my issue. first I subscribed ESSENTIALS they said a lifetime payment.Then I used the platform for about 2 months and it was amazing.Then suddenly I can't use the generator because they say the "servers are busy try again later". So I tried and I tried for about a month and failed to generate with the same reason. So I think, maybe they want me to upgrade for their financial gain so I decided to upgrade to PLUS. But still can't generate with same reason servers are busy so I emailed the admin and explained my issue but never received response, until now can't generate photos and keep on email them but no response. I still want to use the platform and hoping they will notice my issue and fix it. I paid my PLUS subscription from my salary and I'm not rich I just want a fair deal. Thanks

I upgraded to access that was to give priority processing. It worked for a short period but not it never works. Always get a "servers are busy" message and this has been going on for 2 months. I never get a response to my support emails.

@FBI, are you listening? Looks like cybercrime to me so I'll just file a complaint with ic3.gov and I suggest the rest of you all suckers do too.

Just received an email saying my account was locked, and I received an email saying I got a refund, total BS. No refund has been received, and the account is now locked. We all need to start hassling the payment gateway to receive refunds.

It seems like everyone else, this product worked great for a few weeks, now the constant "Servers are busy" message, despite PAYING for the service, if this was free, fair enough, but we have paid good money for your service, now either give us our money back or make the damn thing work! SCAM: AVOID!

Same as everyone else... it worked great for a few weeks, then stopped working at all, ever. "servers are busy". TOTAL SCAM!!!

Hey FoodGlow! I would gladly pay an ongoing subscription for your product if you ever decide to STOP BEING SCAMMERS. :D

Paid for a full year and after generating just 3 images the app does not work. Server is always busy or so it says. A total SCAM. Impossible to contact the company.

I bought foodglow.ai because I work in food photography and wanted to offer some different options to my clients. Everything worked fine until two months ago, when the app stopped working for me; I keep getting a message saying the servers are too busy and to try again later. The problem is that "later" never comes, and the message is always there. Is this a bad-faith tactic to force me to subscribe to a more expensive plan? I paid for the basic tier since I don't have huge demand, but I expected the company to at least honor the agreement. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone these days. It's a total rip-off!

I BOUGHT AND PAYED FOR THE SERVICE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS THE APP FOR THREE WEEKS, WITH NO RESPONSE TO SEVERAL EMAILS

Scam website. If you are a new customer works for 1 week then error popsup "Our servers are busy". No Support , cannot even raise tickets. They are a ripoff

Hasn’t generated photos for two weeks. Servers are always busy. Was good when it was working.

Company never responds to issues. Fast to process an upgraded payment but site can not create a video at all and no longer creates pics. has to be a bot ai company that creatres fake reviews and misleading promotions. Their webste doesn't even have a customer support text box that allows you to type in. Don't waste your money. There are numerous companies to work with. You get what you pay for. Don't be fooled.

The app was great when I first signed up. Now it stops working and there is no way to communicate with them. Their site is still active but the app is currently not working.

Honestly this was such a great platform and service. Truly outstanding results but they must have grown too much because the servers are ALWAYS BUSY as you can see by other reviews and now they don't even respond to support emails. It's been unusable for 3 days now. Very disappointing. I hope they get it together soon.

It never works. So far I have only managed to generate one photo. Other times I just get an error message when pressing start to generate photo. Even the support button doesn’t work. You click on it and nothing happens. The one photo it did generate was cool though.

Everything is broken with the system, and if you research any of the reviews, they mention they are all fake; none of the review sites even mention this company and half of the features they are advertised are nonexistent or incomplete.

As a food photographer I'm always skeptical about new entrants in AI. Looked at foodglow for a long time before signing up. My reservations were immediately put to bed. This is an awesome platform and the support is excellent. Great price, very quick, highly recommended.
