So my next review, I am cont to leave a one star reviews because they choose to stand on thier scam protection rule of no refund. I really hope people sees this and chose not to use them. I am not saying this due to their app or software it because they are scummy and dont care for customers. If you get a charge and have no knowledge who they are or used them they won't refund you. This is why it seems they have the policy to keep unearned money from people. They need to clear this up only response I have got was 2 times and each was just to say no refund, you can also see they asked me to email them on other reviews I left just so they can tell me no refund its policy.

Still no proper answer after more than a week

It has now been more than a week since I asked for a refund and referred to my EU consumer rights. I still have not received a clear answer.

Their terms say “no refunds”, but they do not clearly show that I gave up my EU right to withdraw from the purchase.

I therefore still expect a full refund.

I will keep pursuing this until the matter is properly resolved.

They Trick you into think they're Claude. I already have Claude and thought my renewal was due so I made payment. But it's essentially a reseller/aggregator you pay them once and, in theory, get to use several different companies' AI models through their interface.

A few things worth flagging:

It's not affiliated with Anthropic. They aren't Claude and aren't Anthropic ...All Chatbots AI is a separate service that provides access to several AI models, and any "Claude" you'd chat with there isn't a direct, official Anthropic product. I attempted to cancel within minutes of my purchase and was told no refunds. That should be illegal, within the first day and not even using the service at all should at the very least a refund should be issued. If they do NOT issue a full refund, I will be reporting to reportfraud.ftc.gov.

This site is so incredible. I work a lot. I am an RN. This site helps me with homework. I learn from it. I cannot say enough about this site. Paying the extra fee to get THE BEST answers is SO worth it!

After noticing a payment had been taken I researched the company and struggled to find them. Once I did there is NOTHING on my account about a subscription or payment, I cannot cancel- as it is not showing! Complete scam company who have wrongly taken payment for something I cannot even find to cancel!

I would like my refund!

I had a terrible experience over the weekend and claude wasted my time a lot .it couldn't understand what i was asking for and kept confusing questions with previous ones. it was frustrating specially because i had paid for a 3-month subscription that day

This is my second message, as requested by Support, and I still have not received any response. I only got an automated reply stating that someone would contact me shortly, which has not happened. I will wait 24 more hours for a resolution to my refund request. If it is not resolved by then, I will file a chargeback with my credit card company and report this as fraudulent.

UPDATE: The company responded and claimed the sale is "final" because I supposedly agreed to their Terms & Conditions by clicking "Buy." Here's the problem: the Terms & Conditions notice is barely visible in the checkout window, and there is no separate, affirmative confirmation step — clicking "Buy" is silently treated as acceptance of the terms. This is a textbook dark pattern. Consumer protection standards (including FTC guidance on negative-option practices) require that consent to contract terms be clearly disclosed and separately confirmed, independent of the purchase button. This company's checkout flow does neither.

To make it worse: right after my purchase, they dropped the price to $49.99/quarter and $1.99 for 7 days. I paid $179.99 for a full year. Had these options been visible at checkout, I obviously would have chosen the $1.99/7-day trial instead. That's not a coincidence — that's a bait-and-switch pricing scheme designed to lock people into the most expensive tier before showing them cheaper alternatives.

I requested a refund. They refused. This is my final public notice: if this isn't resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) and my state Attorney General's office, and disputing the charge as a chargeback with my bank on the grounds of non-compliant consent and deceptive pricing. Other customers should be aware of how this checkout is designed before they buy.

I bought thinking it was Claude but the chatbox was absolutely useless and couldn't help to produce documentation or answer my queries. It kept producing random documents that had nothing to do with the conversation at hand. Then, after further review, I found that it was not actually Claude but a third party and I have issued for refund under statutory rights of 14 day cooling off under UK and EU law.

Ich habe 4x ans Kundenservice geschrieben weil in einem Abo steht unbegrenzter Internetzugang nun habe ich hier keinen Zugang und kann mit den Bots keine Recherche durchführen obwohl ich deswegen das Abo gekauft habe. Noch schlimmer als ein Kundenversprechen das nicht eingelöst wird ist es mit seinen Kunden nicht zu kommunizieren. Ich erwarte dass sich jemand meldet und mein Abo gutgeschrieben wird. Gekündigt habe ich schon!

25.08.2026 Ich wurde unten aufgefordert mich nochmal an den Kundenservice unter Hinweis auf Trustpilot zu wenden. Bisher hat sich niemand auf meine Nachricht gemeldet. Ich glaube das ist bei dieser Plattform einfach nicht eingeplant sich mit den Kunden auseinander zu setzen. Ich kann nur allen raten KEIN ABO dort abzuschließen!

Nach meinem Kauf, im Glauben, es handele sich um Claude, wurde mir auf meine Widerrufsnachricht nicht geantwortet, die ich wenige Minuten nach Abo-Abschluss an den Support sendete. Bis heute, ca 8 Tage her, keine Antwort.
