I want to warn the future customers to not to order from fonezone.ae, Because i ordered a Iphone XS in excellent+ condition. I paid the amount for 48 hour delivery and was delivered after 4 days after I insisted about my phone. When i got it delivered, I only got the box and charger without the phone itself. I asked about this in their WhatsApp i got no response. I had to contact from a different account where they argued that i had to pay my amount again and they will do a delivery again the next day. After a long series of talking and arguing, they stated that they will refund but its been 4 days, even though their conditions and terms state the refund within 3 days. I MEAN IT DONT Order from Fonezone, their prices are higher from physical stores as well as they try to scam your money out of you.

Edit: Its been 3 weeks since i still havent gotten my refund. They kept rescheduling/postponing my refund (Even thought their site promised a 7 day return/refund policy) to every different day. Once they ensured my delivery on Dec 8th and i still didnt get despite waiting till midnight, after 2 days i asked about it, they replied that they are still tracking the order that is out for delivery (Like its been 3 days and they are tracking the DELIVERY!?!? IT makes No SENSE). I delivery guy doesnt pick his phone up when i try to call him. They promised my delivery next week. Ill update on about it soon.

Edit2: its nearly a month and i still havent received my refund, now they arent even responding my texts, they avoid it saying its xmas, new year, busy with other order etc

Fone zone is a very good site who comes here to get what he likes like I found and I like it very much

I bought an Samsung s9 from fonezone.it was well packed and zero scratches and its working perfect till the date & i appreciate it.

But my concern is i ordered 128gb and i received 64gb.In the beginning itself i checkout the about option of storage it was showing 256gb and now when the storage get full.warning message shows its 64gb.Even that we can manage. The main drawback is this phone,i mean any phone ordered from fonezone I think it doesn't support online payment like NFC card payments as its showing rooted device. Some of the apps related to cash and UAE govt. also not working

they are scammers i bought an iphone 5s it turned out that there is no working sim card so when i tried to return it i still had 6 days until 7 days end thats what the privacy states this guy in "WHATSAPP" kept saying the return company well return shortly he kept saying for 5 days and they didnt come real scammers still no hope in returning i have never seen such dishonest people about their privacy policy its a LIE i advice you not to buy from fonezone ever again they are dishonest and they well not come back to return and the phone doesnt have a working sim card

They do not honor their Return and Warranty policies. The phone I received had battery life issue and within 5 days I requested the return. They have change of mind return within 7 days and 1 year warranty. In my case I had no change of mind but actual major batter issue which drains very fast and charge very slow (apparently the original batter is replaced with a copy) they wrote the battery condition as Good. Which it doesn't.
When requested for return, they told me to visit their warehouse, although as per the policy they would collect it back and (and wont refund for shipping charges). I told them that they need to collect as per the policy and I am fine with paying the shipping fee. Everytime they tell me that they will get back but they never get back. They clearly know about the issue in the phone and now trying to avoid the return. I am now submitting complaint to the Dubai Consumer Rights.

Bought a refurbished sumsung phone it was very good. It was delivered quickly the following day. These are legitimate people they know their business.

We received the phone yesterday at first it was hard to charged coz it was 0% but once its open the mobile was in good condition thank u so much☺️

First i got but has problem but they replaced it and give me a good One! But take Almost month!

Purchased iPhone SE 1st generation; I was supposed to get the second generation but hesitant as there is not much reviews online for this shop in spite of them being around for 10 years now. I got the phone after 3 or 4 days. It is in a good condition.. iOS15 so maybe I will be able to use for at least 3 years? And affordable for only 273AED. Now I was happy that I informed to everyone I know to buy from this shop. And we were eyeing the iPhone SE 2nd generation.. but ever since finding this shop the price keeps on going up that begs the question what is the point of buying second hand if the price change is so drastic. When I purchased my 1st phone from them the SE 2nd gen was 580AED after one week someone wants to buy it became 630AED and currently it is now more than 886AED if I am not mistaken. In the end, my officemates will not buy from them. Who knows next month it will be 1,000AED or more.

Last week on 17/7/2023 i bought a vivo y93 price:175 AED with 10 delivery charge and 60% discount,,,
So I impress from this mobile because this is very very nice mobile,,,buy from fonezone

This people don't give the salary and pf amount they are the froud company please don't take any phone or laptop from them they sell all damaged product and hence I was the employee there.... Sorry to say this this is what the do it through the site if any one are looking out for this company please don't go it is a humble request (Before going to buy the phone please look into the consumer court complete in Google how many people droped a complete their)

I ordered a refurbished Ipad mini on 30th Dec 2022 and as per the company's commitment of "delivery within 48 hours", today it is more than 5 days and my product is not even dispatched from the company in Dubai. Upon inquiry they keep on giving false promises of they will call back and the item will be delivered soon and so on.... a Very horrible experience. My order # 0037784
