THANK YOU FONEZONE😊

I purchased original iPhone 13 Pro Max with a very reasonable price tag. I’ve paid urgent shipping that only cost additional 75 AED on the same day. Their Sales support team Mr. Shah N. is very reassuring and true their words, they provided the phone number of their delivery man so I can monitor them. My all in all journey of ordering online is very comfortable and at ease. When the package was delivered everything was good and in good condition. For sure, I will buy again from this store without worrying anything bad will happen. Thank you 🙏 Customer (I. Prescott)

Avoid buying from them.. bought a phone and later was told that it's out of stock.. no phone and no refund still..

You've been warned!

Update: fonezone replies and says give the order number is a scam too... Been more than 30 days and still no refund processed.
Btw, they are still selling the out of stock phone on their website.

Fast response and friendly personal, anytime response your question..verry nice have a nice day

Its my 2nd time around to order in Fonezone. Aside from their costumer service is good, they're product also is good. So I recommend Fonezone for the quality of the product.

Quick response and very intelligent and polite reception given to me through audio and WhatsApp chat anytime I voiced out a concern.

⛔ NOT RELIABLE ⛔ Scammers ⛔
This company is scamming customers with the return policy. No one responded for a month, despite nearly daily follow-ups.
I had to pay (150 AED) to the courier to ship it back to them and even after that, I received 58% of my payment which was refunded (Initially they said they would refund 85%). I lost around 650 AED for nothing!
