Fonally Arvostelua 51

I was a little nervous based on the reviews but Fonally seems pretty legit. I did receive my iPhone 15 Pro case and it is so beautiful. It did take around 2-3 weeks and the tracking number was awful. It stopped showing movement at a certain point so I had to watch my mailbox and pray. As far as quality, I’ll use the case for special events when the phone will be kept in a clutch but I wouldn’t use it for everyday. I’d like something that has more screen protection for that. The lip around the screen doesn’t give me the most secure feeling. As someone else stated, it isn’t quite sufficient for full protection. Again though, the case itself is absolutely gorgeous.

Ordered for my new iphone max pro and the lip doesnt protect the lens at all. There are much better products available.

My order was delayed so I contacted the company. They asked me if I would like to cancel. I told them yes. The product would not arrive in time for me to use it. Then they sent it anyway and charged me and now refuse to pay to send it back. They sent me an address of some guy's condo and told me to pay to mail it back. Terrible customer service and very sketchy "company".

And then don't order anything from them. I ordered three phone cases. It's now four weeks later and they still haven't arrived, I have no reason to think they ever will and I can't get customer service to respond or refund my money. TOTAL SCAM!

Terrible experience. Look elsewhere to buy. The case didn’t fit on my phone, and also looked nothing like the description. When I tried to return it they told me they couldn’t because it was from an international location. I could send the $7 for a replacement. Ridiculous.

SCAM‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I honestly wouldn’t even give them a rating I bought two phones cases worth $45+ and never received them. When I tried to reach out to them for a refund for a phone sent to the wrong address, they were rude and they said they “don’t send refunds because a customer made a mistake.” Terrible customer service! Do not purchase from this fake company!

Ordered an iPhone 14 pro case, arrived on time after 10 days of use a bubble appeared. Emailed Fonally and “Sarah” said to send $7 via PayPal for a new case. However, I want a full refund I don’t want another shoddy case. I replied back and I have been ghosted. Do NOT purchase from Fonally.

The phone case arrived 14 days after the order. It was shipped directly from China, without tracking.
The case didn't match the description and I was asked to pay shipping it back to Canada, which costs 15 USD.
Fonally doesn't seem to have control over products and service.

I ordered three phone cases for pro max 13 on October 15th 2022 it’s now November 9th no phone case no response from my email or phone calls made this is ridiculous they aught to be ashamed of there selves I paid $49.00 and haven’t received nothing I don’t care where it’s coming from at least respond to your paying customer with some sort of response they suck big time I wouldn’t recommend them Point blank period order at your own risk upset customer

Shipping times are wrong, say things are delivered when they haven’t even shipped. I had an issue with the item I received (I received the wrong item). Customer service just stopped responding despite 5 follow ups. Forced to dispute the transaction with my cc. Buy elsewear.

After reading a LOT of negative reviews here I was hesitant to buy from these guys, but I'm so glad I gave them a try! I was looking for a no-back bumper case for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max and this was the only site I found that had what I was looking for. It did take a while from order date to receive date, but the product is an import and the iPhone 14 being so new it was totally understandable. Like 2 weeks total - so not bad.

Anyway - long story short - I'm glad I gave Fonally a try and I will now use them as my go-to company for all phone cases. The case I received is beautiful, and super light and the purple matches my phone to a tee.

I HIGHLY recommend Fonally.

It took way too long as they said it comes from a USA warehouse but actually it shipped from Spain and didn't tell me that before I purchased it, over all the case was quite low quality, looks good for about a week and then starts show wear

Company promises free shipping and easy returns, but the product that arrived was poorly made and hard to understand how to use. When I sought to return it, they agreed (but only if I paid shipping to Canada, which is more than the cost of the product).

Such a cute phone case. Everybody is asking me where i got the case from. First i thought it arrived broken (the astronaut was not attached). Reached to support and Sarah explained to me that i was supposed to stick it to the case. Problem solved!

As I was putting the new case on my phone for the first time it broke- super cheap plastic. I’ve emailed them 4 times, called and DM’d them in Instagram and no one is returning any of my messages about a replacement or refund. Terrible customer service on a terrible product.

The case is beautiful, minimal and perfect for my iPhone 13 pro. Keeps it safe and perfectly not bulky. The second case for my mom's phone is perfect. She loves the heart handle. Lastly, my egg case for my AirPods was is adorable cute.

I ordered 2 phone cases and 1 airpods case. The daisy airpods case was not available but fonally gave me couple other options. Although they were not the daisy flower cases i wanted, i liked their offer of getting 2 airpods cases. Both cases turned out to be nice. Thank you for accommodating.

Ordered a case for my iPhone. Arrived quickly and really good quality. I like the interesting designs that they have.
