I made my order on December 1st and I still have not received it, or notice of its delivery, or when it is due to be delivered. I wrote to customer support and have had no response (it is the Christmas period) but something seems to have gone wrong. (Order #57787)
Update Jan 5th 2024: Focus supplements have since got back to me, apologised and resent the order. I have now recieved it in full and am much happier. Their products are excellent and I have enjoyed them for years without issues like the one mentioned above.

Regarding 5 HTP Supplement
Regarding 5 HTP Supplement:
This product i assumed was a tablet containing 400mg of 5 HTP as it says: 5 HTP (from 8:1 Extract) 400mg. The tablets when weighed come to 0.2g (200mg). Not only is this half the weight it is also obvious to me that this isnt pure 5 htp. it says (from 8:1) extract I bet this tablet has about 50mg of 5 HTP. I have taken 5 htp before and it has helped but I always needed higher doses. This product looked perfect to me as it seemed to claim 400mg dose in 1 tablet for a very good price which i thought would be brilliant. After taking them regularly for over a month i can say if they do improve my state of mind its so weak i dont perceive it. After realizing they werent effective I weighed them only to find out I had been effectively scammed.
