Please update customers on changes
I have been buying the Prostate Complex for some years now. I’m a little concerned that the formula/ingredients may have changed. The colour of the capsule contents has changed from beige to a distinct pink colour. Although I haven’t noticed any difference in their effectiveness yet (only one week), I am concerned that they may be different enough to be not as efficient. This has happened before, that a change in the constitution of a supplement that I was taking (not Focus) rendered it ineffective. I just wish that companies would keep their customers informed of any changes so they can make informed decisions about whether or not to continue taking them. As it stands, I will carry on with them and update if necessary.

I made my order on December 1st and I…
I made my order on December 1st and I still have not received it, or notice of its delivery, or when it is due to be delivered. I wrote to customer support and have had no response (it is the Christmas period) but something seems to have gone wrong. (Order #57787)
Update Jan 5th 2024: Focus supplements have since got back to me, apologised and resent the order. I have now recieved it in full and am much happier. Their products are excellent and I have enjoyed them for years without issues like the one mentioned above.
