I bought a smart watch from fnkstore.com, then received a tracking number. The tracking number came from 17Track... a known fake company that ships nothing, but provides fake tracking and delivery "proof" when customers complain of never receiving their purchases. I've received PayPal refunds before for never received items just by mentioning "17Track." Any vendor sending a 17Track tracking number is a scammer.

I purchased these small night lights, and we no longer trip over things in the hallway at night. The light is soft and not glaring, and installation took less than a minute. Our grandchildren often visit, and safety is always our top priority. These night lights are far from ordinary; they seem tailor-made for a well-designed home. We've installed them in every bathroom and hallway.

Fnkstore is China based online fraud company. Do not buy any items.
Bad product and customer has to return on their own shipping cost to China is much more expensive than your refunds. Basically you loose money for buying recycled items.
Many Chines companies are cheating with people by different way. Make sure, you are not buying Chini's products.

I bought a smart watch from Fnkstore on 7 Dec 2024. It took about 10 days to be shipped to me. The main reason that I purchased the watch was for the ECG function. This stopped working properly around the 115 of Jan 2025. I forst contacted the company on 24 Jan 2025. To date I have not been satified with their response. They say their warranty is for 30 days, which is ridiculous, especially since it comes from China. The watch is starting to have some other issues also. Don't buy anything from these guys. They are not reputable.

Like others who have posted here, their almost $40 mini CPAP nasal fan is a total SCAM and POS! When I contactred them about the lame elastic band that is supposed to keep this on your face would NEVER work, they offered to credit me $10 when I asked for a return within 20 minutes of opening the package. The return label on original packaging stated an address in Chicago, they will not refund me and expect me to ship this to CHINA!

THIS MINI CPAP THING IS A STRAIGHT P.O.S...COME ON PEOPLE. WHY ARE YOU SELLING CRAP LIKE THIS

They do not want to do refunds, expect you to pay shipping to China and then maybe you will get a refund. Don't do business with this store.

The shoes I ordered are supposedly orthopedic. They arrived and are cheaply made and do not fit properly. I emailed the company about returning and was given a hard time. In the end if I want to return them I must pay shipping cost and when they receive the shoes they will refund my money. They are not co operative about returns

it is the worst online store I have not seen. They only TAKE MONEY from you, No customer service at all.

I ordered a 'micro Cpap' and charged it for 2 days, but nothing happened. There are two small fans that are supposed to blow the air into your nose, but they did not turn on.
I emailed them asking to return this, and their response was to send them a video of that and they will fix it for me.
I should have known better, but thought I'd try it anyway. Lesson learned.

Do not buy anything from them. It's a scam

I ordered two smart watches on 1-27-24, One was defective so I spent the charge to send it back to China. It has been stuck in customs since then and I was advised by the company to contact China Customs myself to find out why item was stuck. I will never do business with this retailer again. I should have read the horrible reviews and the sub standard BBB reviews.

Bought glucose reading watch. Readings were 20 to 30 points above AND below a calibrated machine...utterly useless and unreliable. FNKstore failed to live up to website return policy and would not send return label and refund money. At most they offered 10 to 20 off the 55 purchase that did not work and was useless garbage. Buy from a better seller. FNKSTORE customer service is the worst. They take money and do not care about product quality, customer guarantees, etc..

I was going to buy a light ( i didn’t) and brouzed their site looking at other items. Their prices are 100% and more way above even a local store. One item, a lint/pet hair scraper I bought for under $2 they list for $14.95. Other items the same even when compared to temu.
So I would never buy anything electronic from them, and always compare prices. BTW the light that brought me to their site was 200% cheaper than Amazon, so I am not shopping there!

When a company says 100% refundable it should be. $71.00 The product that I ordered would not fit no way possible so I ask for a refund and the company said that I would have to pay return shipping to China $63.00 I said that is not refund that is charging me again so they offered me a wopping $10.00 refund. SO BUYERS BEWARE they are very crooked
