Poorest service ever.
I ordered an item around Dec 10, 2025 with delivery expected by Dec 22. As of Jan. 10,2026 not delivered. Tracking has item clearing customs on Dec. 18, 2025. Contacted company their reply was about getting used to accurate data and wearing it for some time. I ordered a magnetic book mark. At this time I feel I have been scammed.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, i ordered my grandson a wooden name puzzle the begining of December and they said it would be delivered in time for Christmas, well here it is December 31st and not only do i not has his gift yet but i just was notified by USPS that they confiscated it for counterfeit postage. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Rude and threating to sue "us" for Fraud
Difficulty ordering just one Bookmark end up with two because the website would not allow us to delete the second one. Package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor who was out of town.
We followed the instructions in the email sent by Customized Toy for tracking and clicked on the link that said, "click here if not received". The link took us to some "SCAM" web site that promised to find our package as long as we gave them our CC# and agreed to pay a $5.00 finders fee. We had to block that company as they continued to spam us.
Then we found an email address buried in the same "shipping / tracking email" sent from Customized Toy. They said they had proof of delivery and for "us' to contact their shipping company. A few hours later they sent us a photo of a different customer's package (different name in plain sight on the package in the photo) delivered across the country to another state.
At that point we disputed the charge on our CC. The next day Customized Toy sent us a "Threatening Email" stating that were committing Fraud and they were going to "Sue" us if we did not reverse the dispute. Yes, all of this over $34.04 and their complete lack of due diligence. After we pointed out their mistake they found the correct photo which allowed us to find our package.
We finally received our package delivered to our neighbors and reversed the dispute. All in all horrific customer service. We highly recommend staying away from this company.

Animal puzzle piece not as presented
I ordereda wooden name puzzle that included a monkey, lion, zebra and frog. The puzzle was nice but the frog piece is not the same frog that was pictured when I ordered. The frog I received has no mouth/nose and is not as cute as one promised

Nearly a month later and still no package. Finally I emailed and a few days later the response is “I’m sorry, looks like your package is lost”.
