So bad

This story gets worse everyday. They apologised here on Trust Pilot and agreed to my refund if I emailed details.
Three more emails sent and still no reply

Easy to get started,
But very dissatisfied now as they are applying additional charges.
I’ve requested a refund and they are not replying
So now I have asked my bank and Meta to investigate them

Chance to fly and save, once again ripped off, two or 3 hours ago I joined and paid for elite membership of Flyozo, I have heard nothing, no deals as promised, no reponse whatsoever!
