I WAS RECENTLY CHARGED BY THESE CROOKS AFTER I SENT A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. OF COURSE THEY REFUSED REFUND. SO NOW I SHOULD TECHNICALLY HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I PAID FOR THE SERVICE. BUT WHEN I TRIED TO LOG IN, MY ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
This is horrible, literally the two customer service numbers given don’t work. I cancelled and it did not refund my money. I am in need of a refund and out of the whole thing. Gave me no deals was a complete scam. Super frustrated.

There are two ways all our subscribers can get all the deals we find - first - to log into your user account; second, we send emails with different deals almost every day. When someone subscribes to our service, the welcome email is sent, and it contains all information on how to log in and ensure that you will receive all newsletters.
We do everything in our power to ensure our customers have enough time to decide whether or not they would like to continue with their subscription after the trial. We did notify you before making any charges to your account. We also allow canceling your plan in advance, in which case the cancellation becomes active on a set date in the future, such as upon the end of the trial.
According to our logs, we have never received your request to cancel, so the subscription continued, and the payment was taken.
Our service and customer support policy are established on open communication, and we expect the same from our customers, especially when working through issues. Therefore, we can assure all our existing and future customers that we will do everything to provide the best service and avoid all problems.
We have replied to you privately so that we can agree on cancelation.

Paid the $1 fee, but cannot see the deals I paid for. the creating account is not working. when click on sign up it brings back to the first page from which it asks to charge $1 again. This site looks like a scam. Does not provide the service it says. So disappointed. I'm gonna report you everywhere I can. SCAMMERS

Also, we implemented an easy solution to change passwords or contact us to troubleshoot the problem. It is the standard solution used in every website containing user accounts.
We work hard to make our customers happy with our service, and everyone can contact us to solve the issues or get their questions answered. But unfortunately, sometimes problems appear, and it takes some time to troubleshoot their roots and it takes time to solve them.
A few simple steps can be taken to ensure successful login/troubleshooting, unfortunately, our records show that these steps were not attempted on your behalf.

I fell for the bait, and reading mostly good reviews. I was promised a 7 day trial for .99 which was put on my credit card on 10/11/21 I was notified by email on 10/14 that I had three days left. My intention was to cancel on 10/17, but before I could cancel, my credit card was charged for three months. 10/11 to 10/17 is six days, not seven. Seathustler is a scam.

Do not get scammed into their seven day trial. It is nearly impossible to cancel that. On the website it says to email them to cancel which I did and then their response was that I needed to fill out some form and that is according to their terms and policies. When I click on the link for the form takes me back into Google but does not show me any form until I sign in which seems pretty fishy me. They also didn’t have any good deals that you would find yourself. This is a waste of money and total scam

Our team works very hard every day, so you can save money on travel without having to spend long hours searching for deals yourself.
Great service! It's a pity I didn't use it before. I usually travel to random destinations, so Seathustler is all I need to plan my next trip. Every week I receive random deals from my home airport and in a last month I have booked two flights - one to Barcelona (21 GBP) and one to Ha Noi, Vietnam (292 GBP). I also found a great deal to Bali, but unfortunately it expired before we reconfirmed it with hubby. Highly recommended!
