Interesting to have the portal on the lookout for great deals for holiday breaks for the family, and of course with great deals for flights and hotels. What an incredible easy website to use with great deals

I have been using Skyscanner to look for the affordable flight options up till now. From now on, I will just wait the notification from Flyozo and pick the locations I want to go. Great way to save the flight cost!

Flyozo’s ads and homepage heavily feature Business Class deals, creating the impression that this is included in the main membership. However, Business Class deal streams are tied to the “Elite” membership, not the base/standard plan.

After accepting the membership, I was immediately offered an “Elite” upgrade that appears to be better for Business Class flights but costs more money. This feels dishonest: the advertising shows Business Class as if it’s part of the core offer, but then you need to pay extra to really access those deals.

Trustpilot reviews mention feeling that initial pricing looked misleading and that there are additional charges for specific travel classes like Business Class, plus a lot of upsell options that make the experience confusing. Flyozo’s own replies on reviews acknowledge that “business class deals are part of the Elite membership,” which confirms the gap between what the ads suggest and what the basic membership actually includes.

I would appreciate clearer, upfront communication about which cabin classes are included in each membership tier before payment, so users don’t feel baited by Business Class imagery and then pushed to pay more.
