Viridian Apartments Arvostelua 

The apartmentwas clean and convenient. However, on May 20, the day we were scheduled to check in, we arrived about 3:00. We followed the directions to gain access to the apartment but the key lockbox would not function properly. I called and spoke to someone who told me check-in was at 4:00 and we should come back then. It was clear that the apartment was empty and nothing was going to change in that hour, but we went away to wait for one hour. Keep in mind, we had flown overnight (very little sleep) and walked around London since 10:00am, so we were exhausted and just wanted to settle into the apartment. At 4:00, we returned to exactly the same situation. The key lockbox would not work and we could not get in. I called again and was told that a problem with the lockbox had been reported earlier in the day and they would see about sending someone to fix it. So, we could not check in one hour early but Viridian did not have a problem making us wait for a fix to a problem that you had known about for, at least, several hours. I was told to go to a coffee shop and I would be reimbursed. Of course, we had just gone to a coffee shop to kill an hour as we were not helped at 3:00 when we called. I politely told her we would wait in the hallway until the maintenance person arrived. She said she would email me an Amazon gift card since we were not interested in going to a coffee shop. That did not happen. We did eventually gain access to the apartment but it was well after the time we were supposed to be able to check in.

On May 22, the smoke alarm in the apartment started chirping due to a low battery. I called to report it but it was late (9:00pm) so we decided to try to take the battery out for the night and have maintenance deal with it the next day. I was assured it would be taken care of on May 23. We were not able to get the battery out without breaking the smoke detector so we just dealt with it as best we could through the night. When we came back to the apartment the evening of the 23rd, it was STILL chirping. I called and was told they didn't have enough people to get to it that day and it would be the 24th before it would be changed. So, we tried to sleep another night with it chirping every few minutes.

The apartment was nice and we enjoyed the stay in London but we were definitely disappointed in your customer service. You should have dealt with the key problem, which had been reported to you earlier, before our check-in time. You shouldn't have promised a benefit that you didn't provide, and the smoke alarm situation should have been rectified on the day it was promised.

A lovely modern, clean and very well equipped apartment in a perfect location for us. Instant support when we had a slight mix-up with access codes - which was sorted out immediately.
This would be the first place I looked at when returning to Wembley.

- Forte odeur de canalisation et d'humidité au sous sol dans l'appartement Flat 2 .
- Deux chambres en sous sol sans ventilation et sans lumière du jour.
- Lits dans des chambres non adapter aux adultes. Largeur des lits insuffisants pour deux personnes.
- Ouverture de la petite fenêtre dans une chambre pas possible, système d'ouverture défectueuse
- Tuyau de la douche percé, fuite. Parois de la douche non étanche et forte écoulement d'eau au sol.
- Le ventilateur d'extraction de buées dans la salle de bains ne fonctionné pas.

A total rip-off I booked a large studio 25 m2, but was assigned a tiny room in the attic, and they have the audacity to say pictures are only for illustration. Place was filthy, bathroom was dirty, but worst of all, can't be trusted for booking.

VERY LOVELY small studio apartment. Not super tiny. Very lovely interior. Good size and very lovely looking bathroom with a shower. Underground location in a house, but no damp. Town centre location, but no regular or early morning noises from outside. I could open the window for fresh air too. Wifi signal very good. Tesco, Sainsburys and coffee houses, pub - just 3 min walking distance. Really happy with No 3 Studio room. :)

Arrivée autonome pratique. Très bon emplacement ! Nous avons logé au chelsea Sloane. Logement complet et propre. Je recommande et réserverait de nouveau ici !

Value for money elegantly chosen furniture, colors, and functional electric appliances. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom

The stay in your apartment was perfect. Everything did work. The check in information were excellent. The additional provided information beside the apartment like luggage storage possibilities were very helpful for us. As well we appreciated your immediate response to our questions.
However we have a few suggestions.
There is a light sewage smell in the small bathroom.
A chopping board in the kitchen would be helpfull.
It would be good, if you could provide some information how to operate and unlock the cooking plate.

Studio apartment on ground floor in a rented apartment complex in St Albans. Outer door had a security fob and there was coded access to the studio itself so was safe and secure. Was well-equipped and clean with toiletries, tea and coffee. In a good location next to St Albans Abbey rail station and supermarket and a 10-minute walk into town. Was fairly noisy as the apartment was next to a major road and would be too noisy at night to leave a window open. That said, the bedroom is back from the road with an intervening wall so noise at night was not an issue (provided window was closed) and I slept well. The apartment did not live up to my expectations as per the photographs and was a bit grey and drab by comparison. Paintwork was poor in places and could do with a refresh. No coffee table. The space was not an inviting place to linger. I wasn’t there much and only to sleep at night so it didn’t matter hugely. A couple of niggles which I will address directly with the management company - the sliding shower door does not close and needs to have a towel placed against it; the window lock did not close smoothly. I would probably stay again for a day or two if I had to but it would not be my first choice.

We had so many issues with the keypad into the apartment and being locked out at various times. We had also booked a late check out which apparently wasn’t documented causing us to forfeit prepaid tickets and spend 6 hours at the airport before a 24 hour flight on our last day. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped but unfortunately the keypad issue spoiled our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

I don’t usually go with apartments in London because the quality varies wildly compared to a chain hotel.
However, the on sale price was great value and the pictures looked exceptional so I gave it a go.

It felt like I could be living in the heart of London. The apartment came with all the modern conveniences of home, like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove and even air conditioning.
It took a while to get accustomed to not having a reception desk on call. However the Viridian team were very response in the booking chat and the independence felt the place feel more like my home instead of a generic hotel room for the week.
The apartment was right outside the London Bridge overground and underground station, which made travel especially convenient.

My only misgiving would be that the living room windows look strait out to the street and square accross the road.
That’s great for atmosphere when relaxing in the living room; however, the blinds have to be fully drawn when you need a little privacy.

I understand the photo was just a representation of the apartment and they will be slightly different. However, the picture showed a small couch and there wasn't even a small chair to sit. A full kitchen, but no where to eat but on the bed. Room was so small that a couch wouldn't fit, likely to do large Wardrobe closet taken up a lot of room.
Also, no A/C in unit. I opened window for air circulation, but there is no screen so bugs were flying into room.

I stayed in the viridian apartments on chancery lane. Everything went very smoothly with check in and communication was good beforehand. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well kitted out. The location was perfect, right in the centre of London but still nice and quiet inside the property.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt from May 4 - 14, 2025. Great location for transit, just a 5 min walk to the tube. Good value for the size and everything was in working order. The only downside was no air conditioning. Thankfully we only would have used it for the last 3 days but if you are there in the hot months, this could be an issue. Also, the washer/dryer machine should be noted that it isn’t a typical dryer, it steam dries and takes much longer then a “normal” dryer we use in Canada.
Overall, it was a good value stay for price paid. If travelling to London in cooler months, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean property and good communication. The property was very close to London Bridge transportation which made it easy for getting around in London

We had a lovely stay in Farnborough.

The apartment was really nice, clean and very comfortable. The apartment is within reasonable walking distance to many pubs and restaurant's. The staff when booking were really helpful. We were originally allocated a ground floor apartment so I called to ask if we could be given a higher floor. The person on the phone was really helpful and gave us apartment 10 which was on the third floor with a balcony. They were just lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I would say though (the only down side!!) the balcony could really use a clean!! The cobwebs are shocking out there. But it didn't take away the pleasantness of the lovely weather we enjoyed at the time of visiting.

I would definitely recommend these apartments. Farnborough is a really lovely place to visit.

Fantastic spacious apartment, loved the roof terrace with a fab view of the Shard
Apartment was clean, close to amenities, well equipped and safe / secure.
My only complaint would be the street is very noisy however earplugs will easily fix that and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the openess of the unit, facilities on hand eg cooking etc.
In general the place is in bad repair particularly the kitchen area..decking on balcony. Walls scratched and dirty looking.
Bath tub shower dangerous without a bar to assist getting in and out and perhaps a sticky mat to stop slipping.
Being so close to the shopping area, parks etc was great.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, near to some amazing restaurants and close enough to walk to Covent Garden. It was incredibly clean and spacious. Perfect for our requirements as a business trip for two colleagues. I will be booking again - a great place.
