Good quality plants, longer than expected to arrive.

I ordered two plants and was initially informed (via the order page) that delivery would be on or before 4th April, about 6-7 days wait.

The plants where not dispatched until the 8th April, there was no communication explaining the delay dispute me reaching out via email.

The next day the delivery company emailed to let me know the plants would be delivered the afternoon and then 30 minutes later another email saying they wouldn’t be delivering today. No explanation given. They turned up the next day :)

The plants are in good condition and I was surprised at how big they were. Good value for money.

Happy overall with my purchase but time it took to receive the plants is why I have dropped a star.

Hey Dan,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and for choosing our plants! We truly appreciate it. 😊

We apologise for the delay in your delivery. Due to Brexit protocols, all our plants undergo inspection by the plant health government agency before shipping. While it guarantees that your plants arrive in perfect condition, it also means that we need some extra time for delivery.

We appreciate your patience and want you to know that we are actively working to streamline our processes for faster and more efficient deliveries in the future.

Thank you again for your trust. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Best regards,
