Flow Alkaline Spring Water Arvostelua 

I purchased Glow Peach Blueberry product and drank some before noticing floating black sludge/contamination inside!! This is extremely concerning for my health, as ingesting unknown foreign matter could pose serious risks (potential bacterial contamination, toxins, or other hazards. I notified company and sent pictures, they offered a refund . I expect more than just reimbursement for the case—such as:
A thorough explanation from their team on what the black sludge is (e.g., mold, bacteria, manufacturing defect, etc.).
Confirmation of any health/safety testing done on the batch.

Confirmation of any health/safety testing done on the batch. This is mass produced garbage- and the company blocks those who have contacted them regarding consumed worrisome black debris in their product. I have many pictures .

This product USED TO BE to best water my family & i had ever had. Then the owner/creator sold the company to some corporation and it's product quality went WAY down.

We purchased 5 cases of the 1 liter 6 packs a couple weeks ago... We were ONLY able to drink 1 of the cases, literally. EVERY OTHER CASE tasted like a glue chemical. Which has made our throat burn REALLY badly. And you can SMELL it too, just smell The bottle opening after taking off the lid, you CANNOT MISS IT. The bottles fall apart now too... It's nuts.

What's WORSE is the inability to contact a human at Flow. They use AI to respond to ALL emails, so they could clearly care less.

We will NOT be purchasing this product again. And I PASSIONATELY recommend that nobody else purchase it either. FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY!

Placed an order for 4 cases 2 cases get lost and 2 cases arrived damages.

Requested someone to contact me and have not received no response - still waiting.

They say 24 hours or less that they will get back - its been more than 24 hours.

Not reliable service and no contact

Order placed 1/20 and not received 4 months later. They claim to be having “fulfillment issues” and promise to ship each time I email; yet they do not ever ship. It’s infuriating to not have my order but to make matters worse they are still promoting their product via email marketing, texting and social media. So they know what they are doing here. Stealing.

LOVE the water, but they DO NOT HONOR their delivery service; they charge you, but don't deliver and make lame excuses each time. I was a loyal customer since the beginning, but they've not delivered orders for the past five months. Who does business like this???

Flow Water took my payment March 12/25 for 10 case order. Now April 17 and no water. Followed up 3 times and told each time delivery coming in 3 to 5 days. Still no delivery 6 weeks later. Contacted a 4th time for a delivery date and received an email telling me they were refunding my money?? No explanation, no water, no help, and no refund yet!! DO NOT WORK WITH OR TRUST FLOW WATER CANADA.

Hate Hate to do this but I feel like I have to now. Been a fan of Flow Water Hydration pretty early on. I was ordering from Amazon and found out that you can order directly from Flow. In the beginning, they had a friendly driver who would deliver consistently when I ordered. I then started using "Shop" and it would be delivered by UPS when they said it would be delivered. Then the horrible change to "GoBolt". My orders came whenever and when it did, at times, my product would be damaged. So much so that the bottles would leak when I opened the "spout". I reported this company several times to Flow with no avail. Someone tried to help me by sending me a complimentary box. It was dispatched to GO BOLT for an entire week. I finally got the notification that it was going to be delivered between 9 AM and 9 PM. To ensure that I was home when delivered, I made sure to not make plans. Only to get a notification at 7:30 PM that it was "Uh oh - looks like we are not able to deliver today, rescheduled to tomorrow". I finally gave up, sent email to Flow only for them to excuse behaviour and advise me that they had "issues on route". I was tracking for most of the day and it appears that it was delivering to other homes in the GTA.
I went to Facebook, and it looks like I was blocked from making comments.
The more they grow, the less customer service is received. Went to Go Bolt reviews and it appears that I'm not the only on on Reddit to have an issue with this delivery company. Not worth my trouble, had them close my account and they did so - happily. they would rather loose a customer than deal with this horrible delivery service in the area... if you order via Flow, they will use this company and be hopeful that a) you will receive order and if you do b) it arrives undamaged! PS, still waiting on my order.
Will start using Healthy Planet or Amazon.

I ordered Flow Alkaline Spring Water three months ago and have yet to receive my order. Despite receiving two emails promising that my order would ship within two days, nothing has happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t follow through on its commitments.

Customer service has been unhelpful and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected much better from a brand that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Save your time and money—this company clearly does not value its customers. I would not recommend Flow Alkaline Spring Water to anyone!
