Beautiful flowers and great customer service
The flowers delivered were beautiful and the receiver was very pleased. Customer service was great, i had originally put the wrong delivery details but this was quickly rectified. I would highly recommend flower station and won't hesitate to use them again.

No flowers delivered
Ordered some flowers almost a week in advance and they have still not been delivered. There is no tracking but just an order number, I have contacted the website but am still waiting for a reply. Unsure why I am having to chase up on this order as I have never had any issues with any other flower companies.

Unreliable
I ordered flowers for a special occasion to arrive on the 9th of July. On the 9th of July I received an email to say that the order was out for delivery. Flowers were delivered ( but not the original selection ) on the 11th of July. This was the first time I'd used Flower Station. They were disappointing and unreliable.

We would like to clarify that, as the order was placed well in advance, the specific flowers required to prepare the bouquet had unfortunately gone out of stock by the scheduled delivery date, as the peony season had come to an end.
We contacted you regarding the issue and, with your agreement, arranged to upgrade the order to a more luxurious bouquet as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. The upgraded arrangement was then delivered on the newly agreed-upon delivery date.
We sincerely apologise that the original bouquet could not be prepared as selected and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and understand your disappointment.

The Fake "High level customer service"…
This "High level customer service" called big shit made my worst day in my life. Ordered 16:25 yesterday 50roses to get delivered before 8pm( on website saying if order done before 5pm the same day delivery before 8pm is garanted!!!) Now 10 to 1am ,I am at the shop which one is 15min drive frome my home adress and I paid express delivery fee even and nobody knows where are my flavors.
Don't use this company never ever if you want avoid a heading and stress.

We are very sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment caused by this experience.
We would like to clarify what happened with your order. The order was placed at 4:40 PM, only 20 minutes before the cut-off time for same-day delivery. When our florists began preparing the order, they discovered that the short-stemmed roses required for the bouquet had unfortunately gone out of stock.
We immediately attempted to contact you to explain the situation and advise that a fresh supply of the required roses was due to arrive from our farms the following morning. Unfortunately, despite our attempts to contact you by both email and telephone, we did not receive a response.
We sincerely apologise that we were unable to fulfil the order as originally requested and for the inconvenience this caused. We understand that this was particularly frustrating given the intended occasion, and we regret that we were unable to reach you in time to arrange an alternative.
