The order that I made and paid for to…
The order that I made and paid for to be delivered to Mrs Carey for her birthday on the 20th September 2026, order number:316760 was NOT delivered but Mrs Carey said she received a phone call from the driver asking her for her Area code which she did give over the phone to the driver but driver did not arrive with the flowers. I did include the area code and phone number on the order which was unusual as I always order flowers for her birthday from your company.
I am not happy about this as I was on holiday and only heard from Ms Carey on my return about it.
I want a full reimbursement to the card ASAP.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding order number 316760. It is disappointing to hear that the birthday arrangement intended for September 20th was never received, despite the driver contacting the recipient directly for location details that were already provided. We recognize how frustrating this missed delivery must be, especially while you were away on holiday. We are currently investigating this delivery failure with our courier team to determine what went wrong and to ensure that your request for a resolution is handled properly by our support staff.
We will further communicate via email to help you resolve the issue.

I ordered flowers for my wife who went on a business trip for a week. Usually I go with her but this time I couldn’t so I thought I’d have flowers waiting for her in the hotel room. She loved them. They were delivered on time and were beautiful. Will order again. By the way, I ordered these from Austin Texas USA and the order still went very smoothly. Thank you.
