Flower delivery
I ordered flowers for delivery on a Thursday and they eventually arrived on the Saturday.The delivery driver said there was no reply but my friend she didn’t receive a phone call. You sent me the video of the calls but who would hear a phone in 2 seconds especially when an elderly person. The lady who delivered them on the Saturday said she could not understand what the problem was!!
Further to my review, I am happy to say that flowers.ie have been very understanding and have offered me a voucher in lieu for which I am very grateful and hence will use them in the future. I do appreciate this gesture

Such a great service, I was late to organise on Tuesday night , the communication was excellent so I knew as soon as my friend received the beautiful flowers. Truly an excellent service and the flowers were perfect. Will use again and again!

Ordering was quick and easy
Ordering was easy. Bouquet was largely very good but a few flowers were broken on receipt. Delivery was late afternoon which was ok on this occasion. Included small box of chocolates which was a nice touch.

Bad delivery service
I have ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday to be delivered to her workplace.
Initially I have made a mistake and put the delivery address the same as the billing address; but when I have realized and called to change it, I was told the delivery is out already and the driver can't change his destination even though is 10mins away from each other!?
The other option was to deliver it in the afternoon (6 hours later) which I have agreed to only to get a call later that even that won't be possible and asked would I like them delivered tomorrow...
No thank you, her birthday is today.
If you charge a premium price for a delivery (16€) I expect a premium service and this was far from that, so a full refund requested and a one star review from me.

Amazing customer service!
Initially, my experience wasn’t the best, as the flower bouquet I received was not as impressive as I had expected. However, the team at Flowers.ie demonstrated amazing customer care by reaching out to me and offering either a replacement bouquet or a voucher to make up for the disappointment.
I chose the voucher, and I am genuinely grateful for their kindness and understanding.
What could have remained a disappointing experience turned into a very positive one. It is wonderful to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and continuously strives to improve their experience and make them happy.

Like giving them the flowers myself
My flowers delivery was actually a delight I wasn’t expecting. I picked the bouquet I wanted as usual, after 10pm one night for next day delivery. By 9am, I’d been sent a link to a video of the specific bouquet that’d been made and the card with my own words on it. Then, when the delivery was made, I got a notification email with a photo of that delivery. Seeing my loved one’s huge surprise and smile while holding the flowers I’d gotten them was such a joy. It’s such a good idea to keep the person who bought the flowers involved in the whole process. It feels like a far more interactive experience, like giving the flowers directly yourself. The bouquet itself was gorgeous too. I’ll be using Flowers.ie again. I’ve already recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so.
